Dealing with the wax blockage issue is not only time-consuming but also incredibly messy. Whenever the spout gets clogged, I have to manually remove the hardened wax, resulting in wax splatters and spills all over the place. This not only adds to the cleanup time but also wastes a significant amount of wax, leading to additional expenses.

Holds a large quantity of wax. I filled it to the max, and the wax was melted and up to temperature within an hour. Should have gotten this a long time ago.

The media could not be loaded.  Being a novice to candle making I wasn’t sure what to expect. So, I very carefully read the manual and watched a bunch of videos on youtube lolWhen I started the first thing I noticed about this melter was that the temp was in Celsius. luckily the wax I purchased was also In celsius- not really a big deal because I would have googled the calculation 🤷🏽‍♀️ Any-hoot, I didn’t know how long it would take to melt so I figured I would go wash my dishes while I waited. I didn’t even finish my dishes and the wax was completely melted. So, I found this to be pretty cool because it melted the wax at 55 degrees celsius in almost no time. very quick!Now, once I set everything up and was ready to pour I started to film and was surprised that no wax came out. When I looked inside the melter I noted that the wax was below the inside spout. I made (5) 7oz candles- that’s 30oz and it didn’t reach the inside spout. That seems odd. I had to tilt the melter slightly to get the wax to pour out. That seems a little dangerous and unnecessary.Once I got the melter to pour everything poured well and Evenly. The wax remained hot and didn’t cool down in the melter.This seems like a great melter. But having to tilt the warmer makes me nervous. if the whole in the inside was lowered this would get 10 stars. kinda makes me sad.

The media could not be loaded.  This wax melter works great, however it does clog up easily and you have to continuously unclog it. You would think that after turning it back on it would melt the clogged part but it doesn't.

I've taken the time to give it a real test. I made about 40 candles with this machine and it works as intended. Depending on the wax you use (make sure you read the temp melt for the type of wax you use) and viola! easy as 1, 2, 3. Please make sure you follow the instructions for cleaning!

Unfortunately.After few times of use. The shut-off switch started to malfunction by sporadically shutting off before the wax completely melted. This could have created a hazardous situation. Had it gone unnoticed

Did not come with instructions on how to use…like how to set temperature, how to set it on keep warm nothing but how to clean. Doesn’t have info on what the numbers are.
