How do I set up the clock itself?!

The key to this clock is to know where you want it to be. The round center piece is the most important part. Nail that to the wall then use the paper guide to pencil out where the 3 - 6 -9 -and 12 positions are. Stick those to the wall first the rest will fall in place using the guide. It does take a while if you want it to be perfect but it's worth the time, I've done 2 of them they look awesome. Wish I were at home I'd send pictures. Is it durable? How is this large wall clocks for living room decor?

Yes, it's durable and will be great as a livingroom decor. I bought it more for decorating and love it

Is there a replacement piece I can buy? The clock hands stop moving after several months.

The may be something wrong with the clock mechnaism. We suggest to use the carbon battery. And this clock came with 2-years warranty, pls just contact us for a replacement.
