It would have been nice to trigger one clip at a time to conserve battery power. Also, the audio activated detection is not sensitive by any means, requiring either yelling, clapping or loud banging to turn on the animation. I will have to see how this pans out for Trick or Treaters at our entry way this Halloween, but I have my doubts based on tests. Motion or proximity detection would have been the way to go here.EDIT: I wound up attaching a wireless proximity alarm to the sensor for motion activation, and it worked great. Lots of little ones had second thoughts about continuing their journey to the door for candy, but they were all troopers.
