These are alright, but it's hard to inflate. It's unclear what part of the nipple to press down on and you end up red-faced trying to perform oral whatsit on this supposed quality of life increase. Basically, I'd recommend it for longer flights, and for the price I guess it's worth getting used to the quirks.They also come with a rubber smell at first, but I'm guessing it'll air out as usual (just keep in mind that you'll need to let it do so for at least a week or two).

Took a long time and many practice attempts before I could inflate this product. My wife still can't "bite and blow" to get these supports to inflate. However, they are the perfect size for our car seats and back to give support while traveling so I've rated them 5's in that regard. We're leaving on a trip this weekend, another attempt to blow them up and use them.

I would recommend these. It is so convenient to be able to adjust them to exactly the softness you desire by adding more or less air. I would give them 5 stars except that the blow-up thingy can't be made flat so at times when laying my head on this pillow I can feel it. Not a major concern. Just something to know and expect.

The first two I ordered seemed to work just fine. But then after two days, the one my wife used would not hold air, and developed a small leak. It was on our sofa, and I think she may have sat on it. Their customer service was great, and they sent me two more right away. Eventually, one of those three remaining good ones developed a leak also. They do give nice lumbar support, and the comfort is easily adjusted by changing the air pressure. Giving it only three stars because half of them leak. On the other hand, the customer service is great. It's up to you.

Works for me. Getting the amount of air correct sometimes takes a little trial and error but when it’s right it’s great. It is a little difficult to hold the valve open enough to inflate but after some practice it’s getting easier. Usually only takes a breath or two to get it right.

these pillows are great back support on a plane but you must not inflate them too much or you will be sitting on the tray table in front of you. :-) highly recommend. i'd buy them again.

I've used this pillow for a couple of months now once or twice a week as a lumbar support on church pews. It's quick and easy to inflate, does the job, and packs down to smaller than a deck of cards for storage in my purse. I haven't noticed any wear or weak spots from repeated inflation, deflation, crumpling, folding or storage. I keep a second one at work, fully inflated all the time for use with my desk chair. I'm pleasantly surprised with the quality for the price (especially two for the price!)
