These earbuds are excellent. I originally purchased both them and a pair of over-the-ear headphones to compare for work. Although I ultimately chose the over-ear pair, I was very reluctant to return these because the sound quality and microphone clarity were outstanding, and my phone headphones were wearing out. At the same time, my husband was looking for headphones he could use with our computer while I was on work calls, and these turned out to be perfect. He also uses them to listen to music around the house—like when he’s working in another room—so he doesn’t have to turn up the stereo volume. They have excellent sound and range, fit comfortably, stay in place well, and are lightweight. The storage/charging case is sturdy and well made. There’s no Bluetooth latency when watching music videos (a major improvement over his previous headphones). The one small quirk we noticed is that when using the dongle, the computer won’t automatically switch audio settings, but when connected via Bluetooth, it does. The workaround is simple: keep the audio settings open and select from the dropdown when needed. Another nice touch is that these turn on automatically and connect when removed from their charging case and then turn off automatically and disconnect when placed in the charging case and the lid is closed. There is a small learning curve. It’s easy to accidentally trigger the touch controls when adjusting your hair or to triple-tap instead of double-tap. If you’re not used to earbuds, you may find you need a little extra precision with the small movements they require. That said, you can still use your keyboard for play/pause, volume, etc. One helpful note: with iTunes, after turning on the headphones, you need to close and reopen the program for the sound to route properly. This isn’t a flaw in the earbuds—it also happens with our old pair—it’s just an iTunes quirk. All in all, these are excellent headphones. My husband has happily adopted them, and I’ve taken over his older pair. When those eventually wear out, it is my intention to use a pair of these, assuming they continue to perform well over time.

The sound quality is crisp and well-balanced — the bass hits without overpowering the mids and highs, and vocals come through clearly whether I’m listening to music, podcasts, or gaming. I haven’t experienced any dropouts, even when moving around the house or gym. Battery life is solid — I can go several days of regular use before needing to recharge. They’re also extremely comfortable. The ear cushions are soft, and I can wear them for hours without discomfort. The build quality feels durable but still lightweight, which is exactly what I was looking for. For the price, these headphones compete with much more expensive brands. If you’re looking for reliable wireless headphones with great sound and long battery life, these are a great buy. Highly recommend!

I have SW4 (not pro) and these pro ones keep acting up. Regular SW4 was better, these have too many issues like why would I want to connect with dongle and bluetooth and have to push a button on the ears to switch - it has way too many commands that you have to push the same button a number of times. So you accidentally mute, or swap to dongle mode, or turn off or turn the volume up (which never works) and down and eveyrthing with just one button. These are so annoying. What makes these pro? Do I have to be a pro to memorize everything? I hate these. Bring back SW4 normal. Always having issues with discord it forgets what headphones I'm using and stuff. Just annoying.

After seeking to move away from headphones, I decided to look into the world of earbuds for gaming. These earbuds were suggested to me, because my motherboard didn't support bluetooth. The USB and USB-C connection device was the biggest selling point for me and one that definitely nailed it down as the earbuds of choice for me. From meetings to music to games, these earbuds have better sound quality than most other buds. Considering the limitations of earbuds, these do damn fine and haven't degraded at all. However... I have encountered an issue where the earbuds will occasionally, I guess, switch between mono and stereo or temporarily lose connection for 0.5s to 1s. It's rare though, happening no more than once every hour or so. For some people this may seem like a big issue, but to be honest I found it was a downside I was willing to contend with when compared to the plethora of issues I've face with other brands. The battery last a good amount of time, something like 8 hours. I'm on the computer most of the day, and I can honestly say that having a second pair for a quick transition, is a pretty good fix for the typical earbud problem of limited battery life. I have a 4star on the comfort due to the nature of having earbuds in your ears. It took me a while to get used to it, but now I can honestly say that they are fine. Comfortable? Not in my eyes, but then again that's on me as the only product that will result in a 5 star for comfort will beam noise directly into my brain. I will say, I was sent an extra pair free of charge due to the technical issues I encountered. The sellers customer service here on amazon was quick, helpful and receptive to my issues. That combined with a 1 year warranty, soothes any fear of product failure that I have. Overall, the earbuds a damn good, the seller is receptive and helpful, and the issues are dismissible.

I have had these for a little over month. I play on PC, I like the sound quality, but they will disconnect randomly while playing. As far as the mic; it is described as "I'm talking into a 5-gallon bucket". Zero noise cancellation...

I got these SW4 Pro Wireless Hidden Earbuds for my husband since he’s a gamer and also goes live often, and he’s obsessed with them! The sound quality is super clear, and the low latency makes a huge difference when he’s gaming or streaming. He says there’s no delay at all, and the 4 mics make his voice come through crisp and professional. He also loves how easily they switch between his PC, phone, and laptop perfect for when he’s working or gaming. The battery life is really good too, lasting him through long gaming or streaming sessions without constantly needing to recharge. The design is sleek and comfortable too, so he can wear them for hours with no problem. Definitely one of the best gifts I’ve gotten him he uses them every single day! Really happy with these earbuds. The sound is good, the connection is solid, and the battery lasts me plenty long. One little quirk is the way it handles low battery, it doesn’t just say “low battery,” it actually tells you when it hits 10% and then again at 5%, which I actually like since it gives me a heads up. The only slightly confusing thing is when they shut off, it doesn’t say “power off,” it just kind of cuts out. Took me a second to get used to, but honestly not a big deal. Overall, they work really well and I’d definitely recommend them.

First off, I’m not one to write a review (good or bad). However, this has got to be one of the most frustrating earbuds/pieces I have ever used. Gas station wireless earbuds/pieces have been more user friendly. I bought this product for work. I have used this product via Bluetooth, usb, and usb-c adapter. The frustrating part when powering on, it connect, then disconnects. I understand there are other reviews that mention this as well. Please listen to your customers and don’t pass it off as a “low battery” issue. It’s not. Your product is flawed and you should take into consideration the feedback that is given. A replacement will not help if the product has the same issue. In addition, a contact card with a Snapchat account for customer service was also included. It has been 4 weeks and I have not had a response back. Please don’t include a contact card like that unless you do actually follow up with those who inquire. And if the volume of inquiries is to great for you to keep up with, don’t add an expected response time on the card, it gets the customers hopes up and just makes you as the seller look bad for not responding within the timeframe (or even close to) that you designated. Long story short, I have to cycle through powering It off and on as well as placing back and taking out of the charging case in order to even get it stay on for use. Other than that, the quality of sound output works well, very crisp and clear. Sound input leaves room to be desired. I work at a call center where I receive 80-150 calls a day. I always ask how the quality of the call is when I get a new headset to ensure the quality is good for the person on the other call. I would say most of the time the call quality is good. There are times where people say my voice is faint but it’s something that is minor. The touch sensor instead of an actual button sounds ideal but unfortunately it does not work well. Please in consideration of either improving on the touch controls or remove altogether. I understand you are a private seller and can only do what you can. These are just recommendations and thoughts I have about your product.

Sound quality is great, could say zero lag, mic is clear too.

Take a second to read through the manual and everything is straightforward. I put them in pairing mode, inserted the USB-C "middle rabbit" and all was ready to go. Sound is great, mic is great. The tactile functions work great as well. Nothing to complain about. They are great, especially for the price I paid. Never tested (and never will) for gaming though, so I cannot say the difference between music-mode and gaming-mode (I did not notice any difference when changing modes on headphones..)

Producto bastante bueno, diseño muy cómodo y la batería le dura bastante aprox. 5hrs de uso continuo y un poco mas de 3 cargas de la base, sin duda una buena compra para los gamers, ya que el dongle ayuda bastante y las latencias son muy bajas para ser un producto Bluetooth. Lo recomiendo, no son pesados, pero, tampoco ligeros, no lastiman y el sonido es bastante fuerte, falta un poquito mas de graves.

Update: one year later and still going strong! My 10 yr old son loves it. He uses it most often with his iPad while playing Roblox. He thinks the sound is amazing and likes that he can talk to his friends via the mic. I’m not sure about longevity since he hasn’t had it too long but so far, so good!
