I absolutely love this product. I got this item for a gift for a coworker, friend and my brother. My friend calls me at least once a week to thank me for his beard. He told me within 3 weeks everyone is complimenting him on how nice his beard is filling in. He told me he used this item faithfully. His hair is on the kinky side and his beard is definitely manageable soft and thicker. My brother beard who I use to just say take it off!!!!! Now is just shiney and is connecting. My coworker said this is just what he needed. I also got my brother the shampoo and now his beard feels like a cloud.
