Power Pressure Cooker XL Top 500 Recipes: The Complete Electric Pressure Cooker Cookbook Paperback – October 6, 2017

I truly love your cookers. I owe all 3 sizes from 6-10. I used them so much that this is my 2nd set of all of them. My others I gave to family and friends, so they could enjoy them. Is there any way you could make a preset button for desserts?

I am far from a veteran when it comes to cooking, and so ruining a recipe has happened to me on countless occasions by now. I mention this because I have always found Jamie Stewart's recipes easy to follow and I rarely find myself making mistakes or getting stressed out over the directions. It's clear, concise, and easy to understand.I would recommend this book not only to Vegans, but also to the meat-eaters out there that simply want to try something new and tasty. I shared one of the first meals I tried with my sister, who has a diet that is heavily animal based, and the surprised (and very impressed) look on her face while dining made this book more than worth it for me for just that moment alone.

My husband bought me a pressure cooker and I have yet to use it. He also bought this cookbook to try to help get me started using it. I am sure the recipes are good and will be helpful when I do start cooking with the pressure cooker.

I just received this a few days ago, but I have had time to make a few thing and look through the book a few time. The recipes I have tried I really like. I picked out several I will be trying out soon. I would recommend this book for anyone who wants some new ideas. It is designed for the Power pressure cooker so you might have to adjust a few things for other brands. I was given a free copy in return for my honest opinion.

I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED

I had placed a response earlier today where I was having trouble setting the cook time. I was not setting it right. Called Amazon ant we talked to the manufacture and the problem was resolved. It was brought to my attention that I should have read the handbook.

This cookbook is absolutely amazing for directions and recipes and ALL the information you’d ever need to operate you Pressure Cooker XL! I have 2- of them, and gifted another one to a friend! Thanks! Debbe’ 💞
