Had to mess around unhooking all hooks because they wouldn't let you unfold it like it said it should. **Q: Does the plastic tray slide out while in use or is there something to hold it in place? My large pup moves around a lot.** A: The tray will not slide out, it is actually in the crate but can be removed. **Q: Missing divider? Mine was missing the divider? What do I do???** A: I would let the company know that it never came with it **Q: I’ve assembled it in a spot too small to get into the room it needs to be in, how does it fold down?!** A: Start at the hinges on the top side of the crate.
