They Stand Behind It
Received swing set promptly. After a week the flying saucer came undone on one end. Sent an email to the seller and within 10 days or less, I had a brand new flying saucer. The company was in touch via text message to update me all the way. Excellent customer service.

Easy assembly and great quality
This product was easy to assemble. It has extra parts for the just in case moments, and awesome quality. Great way to get the kids ready to play outside again!

Good
We bought during Xmas season, but saved it for Easter gift. Just put it together and that was fairly simple. It's not the greatest swingset a little shakey but overall it's great for the price. Ours was missing the basketball hoops net, so that was a major bummer. Kids are happy with it.

Makes A Great Gift
Bought this as a gift. A few of the bolts did not work as expected. So they were replaced with new ones. The kids love the swing set and it is great form of exercise.

Me and my husband put this together within an hour. VERY EASY SET UP! I just wish it was a bit longer. The swings seem dangerously close together.

Durability
My kids absolutely love it, have been playing with it for over a year and that's saying something with my 5 kids all at once lol

Honestly, in the beginning when it was put together, I was loving it, but then my daughter kept coming in with pieces that kept coming off the swing and every time I would screw them back in tight they loosen right back up and fell off, so I definitely am disappointed in this swing set. If I could, I would take it back. I’m very disappointed. It’s so loose even though she still plays on it and I still continue to tighten the bolts on it still, loosening and falling off some pieces are lost. Some pieces are not even on there anymore. I definitely would not recommend
