Rich Girl Makes Good in Worst Situation of Her Life!
When Jen's (Jessy Schram) father declares bankruptcy and has to sell everything to survive, things look pretty bleak for her since she's been relying on her father's income to live on. Little does she know that losing all her money is going to present her with a few options. She can sell the farm, but that would mean the loss of jobs and she's has started to really love farm life since visiting a few times and seems to want to stay. When she finds a pumpkin beauty product on the farm they search for the recipe! Will she maybe be able to turn the farm into a spa?All throughout the story there is mild romance and some sweet scenes with a slow and steady love story. There are also many lol surprise moments and Jessy Schram is great at physical comedy. When she was trying to get up on the horse I was laughing so much! What I noticed throughout was how heartfelt the acting was and how much I enjoyed watching this and will watch it again and again each year. Brett (Jesse Hutch) seems more of a strong silent type but even he gets himself into trouble and boy is Jen Stone upset. Can the pumpkin farm be saved and can Jen recover her investment in the property. She's a small woman but she has a big heart and is really strong and determined! This ends well and there is even some country music and some line dancing to be had. Everyone in this movie just seemed to be having a lot of fun!~The Rebecca Review

Surprisingly good! Enjoy!
I loved this movie!! It was so much fun to watch. Some of my favorite actors were in this movie. Seeing this young woman get judged by appearance then show everyone she has a teachable spirit, a desire to help out and a sweet personality, was nice to watch. The city girl goes to the country to sell a farm her dad, who is losing all he owns, purchased for her on a whim. Easy peasy right? Not so fast! We get to see her evolve to really have a good business sense. She bails out the farm with all of her ideas, charms everyone and really fits in: especially with one very special young man. What I did not like is the typical Hallmark female falls down on top of male lead scene. Over done Hallmark! That move is getting stale. Also the story is going one way then just skips ahead to the end, but the ending was very good. Lot's of fun scenes, romance, adventure and good music to boot! This is a keeper. For me at least. Hope you enjoy....

A little different
This Hallmark story is slightly different, although not much. It is the story of a rich girl whose father loses everything except for a pumpkin farm he bought for her as an investment. She quickly decides to go check it out to see if she can sell it. Somehow the original family who owned it still lives there and runs it. She eventually decides to try to fix the place up to improve the investment. The ending has a slight twist but not much of one. This movie has a lot of the typical Hallmark touchpoints. There is the rich girl who loses everything ends up in a country situation as a fish out of water. There is the good-looking farm guy who clashes with her at first but eventually warms. There is the odd family situation where the mother has passed away and there is a kid who is being cared for by her father and aunt. There is the side story of the awkward brother who likes someone in town. There is a twist about something unique on the farm that ends up being a money-maker although what it is surprises a bit because there is a second possible candidate that doesn't lead anywhere. This is a fairly well-done combination of many old themes that comes off well. Most of the characters are likable if not believable. The main character comes across as really shallow and not likable at first but then has a very dramatic change which is hard to believe and becomes quite likable and decent. The two main characters have decent chemistry as a couple. Overall, this is a very watchable film. It leaves you with a good feeling. If you like Hallmark movies, this one is decent. There are not as many fall-themed Hallmark movies as there are for Christmas, so this is a nice addition to the collection.

Good hallmark movie
I watch every movie that Hallmark puts out. Sometimes they are stupid and have trite, overused storylines. And sometimes they're memorable and you just can't wait for them to come out on DVD so you can own them and watch them whenever you want. This is one of the memorable ones. I remember liking it when it was on TV, and when I bought the DVD and watched it again I remembered why. It's a really cute story and the leading actress is adorable in her role.

Harvest Moon
Loved this movie. Jen Stone (Jessie Schram) did everything to prove she could do anything that was asked of her. Brett,(Jessy Hutch) however does everything in his power to convince Jen she cannot stay on the farm.
