This feels really good on. It's quite comfortable and I sleep with it too. I think it is clearing old things out of my energy field. I noticed forgiveness coming up even in my dreams. I was a little tired the first full day I wore it and now I have a lot of energy. It's only coming off when I bathe! When it goes with my outfit I leave it out, otherwise, I tuck it under my shirt. It's so light I don't even notice anything is around my neck.
