Mine are old doors (7 feet tall) in an old apt. building in NYC and they've been painted a million times. It's all I can do to close the door WITHOUT the anchors. I've tried inserting the fabric strap anchor from both sides of several doors; near the doorknob and at the bottom, not being able to use the top of the door ( 7 feet, remember?) although only one door has enough space in front of it to allow a workout... Just a heads up they may not work for you and YOUR doors. **Q: Is the "Undertow" set more blue-colored or teal-colored?** A: More teal-colored. **Q: Can these bands be used to help with pull ups?** A: There are methods to use this to help assist with pull ups **Q: I am 51. Are these short enough to strap ankle to ankle for straight leg donkey kicks?** A: I have tried that, and it hasn't worked for me. 🫤 ## Frequently Bought Together - Retrospec Train Resistance Bands Set (5pc) Workout Bands w/Handles, Door Anchor, Carry Bag for Women & Men - Retrospec Solana Yoga Mat 1" Thick With Nylon Carry Strap for Men & Women - Non Slip Exercise Mat for Home Yoga, Pilates, Stretching, Floor & Fitness Workouts - Retrospec Activate Resistance Loop Band Set for Working Out, Home Fitness, Toning, Stretching & Exercise - Lightweight & Portable for Men & Women --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.be/products/475526177-retrospec-train-resistance-bands-set-5pc-workout-bands-w-handles](https://www.desertcart.be/products/475526177-retrospec-train-resistance-bands-set-5pc-workout-bands-w-handles) --- *Product available on Desertcart Belgium* *Store origin: BE* *Last updated: 2026-10-14*
