Really, really nice! I'm surprised at how sturdy this faucet feels for the price - I expected it to be a bit cheap because of the lower price, but it actually works really nicely and feels smooth throughout. Water comes out very naturally, and install was incredibly simple. We installed this in our laundry room sink.The only thing you should know, is the color isn't exactly stainless steel - it's definitely more like a brushed nickel, or a brushed stainless - I was expecting a more shiny finish, but it's definitely closer to brushed.

Surprisingly good quality faucet that looks and operates like much higher priced fixtures. I replaced a single-hole faucet so I didn't use the deck plate. The fixture sits a little lower as a result, but still sits two or three inches higher at the nozzle than the fixture I replaced. The big advantages are the extra clearance under the high arch, the longer reach of the flexible hose, and a spray setting that stays set on spray until you switch it back to the regular setting.It's a good faucet for home canning with all that room underneath for big pots and pans and the reach of the spray head for rinsing fruits and vegetables.As other reviewers point out, installation is straightforward and relatively easy. The box includes adapters for 1/2-inch connections. The most challenging part to me was getting the washer and main nut over the hoses and connections. It took a bit of wiggling to get them on, but they did fit. The weight that retracts the spray hose is plastic coated so it doesn't damage things under the sink.

So far this has been an excellent product and I'm amazed at the price. We'll see how long the cartridge lasts, but for the time being this faucet is beautiful and works perfectly. I've had it now for over 6 years. I'm amazed at the silky smooth operation of the on-off lever. For the price this is a steal and for those who say it's difficult to install they probably have difficulty using a screwdriver. I'm no plumber and it took me about 15 minutes. It helps to remove everything from under your sink before you start. Also the comments about the head stays in place depends on where you place the weight on the hose under the sink. You may have to Tinker with it to find the exact spot where the head stays in place and will not get caught when you pull it out for length. I hope this helps others who are considering buying this product. I have nothing to do with this company but I speak up when I find something good. It looks and functions as well as any $400 faucet.

I was excited to install this faucet. I really like the design, it looks well made and it was easy to install. However, after just over a week of use, it stopped working properly. The water pressure became really low on both settings. Pressure problem is isolated to this faucet, so there's a problem within the faucet itself. Updated review: Customer service was great in contacting me. I ordered a new faucet because I really liked the design. I returned the one with the problem to Amazon. It's been a few months and has been working well. Great looking faucet at a good price.

So my husband and I have needed a faucet for quite some time now and I kept putting it off. My reasoning for this was that I was constantly disappointed in previous purchases from companies that specialize in fixtures. I would spend too much money on a fixture that would tarnish and fall apart within a short period of time (we’re not rough with our fixtures in the house, they’re just cheap quality for an expensive price.) I decided to cave in and purchase this faucet because it’s sleek design, convenience, and price pulled my attention. Once installed, I fell even more in love! It has a 360 degree turn, a pause function, and is easy to pull out and gentle to retract. It gives out a strong amount of water which I like because I can rinse off dishes more effectively. I have a three-hole faucet placement on my sink and was slightly nervous the base of this wouldn’t cover all three completely, but it did! I have nothing bad to say about this product and would highly recommend it!

This faucet has worked out well after almost a year, with the exception of the switch that swaps between spray and stream. It is difficult to engage fully, so the faucet "dribbles" water on either setting. It feels like there is a physical valve underneath that the button doesn't quite push hard enough.For the price, it works OK... but I will probably replace it soon because of the annoyance of the switch not working as well as it should.

This faucet is awesome! Installation is very easy - we have never replaced a faucet before and it took us less than 20 minutes (after 3 hours, and a horrific amount of cussing, removing the old one). The setup is simple, and instructions are clear, though you hardly need them. The mounting bracket that goes underneath is a very sturdy plastic tube you screw on (threads are metal so it won't strip out ) and will not corrode like the nightmare moen we just removed. The faucet itself is very sturdy and once tightened down doesn't wiggle at all, which was a concern of mine since it is kind of tall. A counter weight is simply clicked on to the hose underneath, which sucks the sprayer right back up with no problems. It also came with a couple things to convert the hoses to a larger connector, which we ended up needing, AND saved us another trip to the hardware store. This product far surpassed my expectations.

my biggest problem was clearing out all the stuff you accumulate under the sink. once done and you have inserted the faucet through the hole in the sink, You hand tighten the large piece that acts like a nut to hold the faucet down. I hope this stays tight. It is a small tube with threading only one end that is flush against the underside of the sink. It is plastic and I didn't want to crack that piece trying to over tighten it with a wrench. Time will tell. The faucet works great. They provide extra mesh strainers for the water inlets hoses.Everything works. I'll adjust this review if that retention piece loosens, cause it is a pain getting under the sink at my age
