The item didn't work. UPS didn't even knock on the door they just threw a sorry we missed you tag in my yard and I don't drive so I couldn't return the item. I'm very dissatisfied. I really needed this.

I have to charge it after each use
I bought this one because it looked more like water bottle for the office instead of a blender but it seems like I have to charge it after each use. Even after it's charged, it will work one time then not the next. I ordered two different types to see which one I liked best but I don't like this one because you have to charge it each time. maybe I just got a bad one.
