The bottles are clearly labeled "Keep Refrigerated" not refrigerate after opening. They were delivered in a cardboard box and the creamer was warm to the touch. I called International Delights and was told the bottles of creamer need to be kept refrigerated before being opened to ensure they don't spoil. I was told the creamer should be thrown out and not consumed since it may not be safe. I was told that International Delights doesn't sell on Amazon and they are not connected to the seller who sold the creamer. The creamer is also not eligible for a refund.

Came in and didn't open for 2 days and when we did they smelled bad and where super chunky.

I ordered 2. One was perfect and what I expected. The other wouldn’t even pour. You had to use a spoon to get it out of container. Didn’t trust so had to throw away.

This product had an odor and was very sour tasting. I am upset becuz I like and have never had this problem before. 😒

This product was sent warm and is chunky and it says it is not returnable. I will never Oder this product again. Would not recommend this product.

Do not buy! Creamer was spoiled due to no fridgeration or cooling of any kind. Large amounts of curdling in both bottles.
