Got this controller today. It connected very easily to my Switch 1 OLED and I was playing. Comfortable - I don't have a Playstation but I have an Xbox One so I can only compare to that controller and I would say that the feel is pretty similar. It's got a slight texture on the plastic which is good so it's not too slippery but that will probably wear off over time. The main buttons have a nice clicky feel to them. The sticks have rubber textured coating on top which feels really nice and the sticks are very springy as in they snap back to the center nicely. The lights around the base of the sticks I really didn't want - I find the lights distracting but I am glad to report that there is an off setting. The only thing I don't love is that the main L and R triggers are a little more flat than I was expecting - not as curvy as the Xbox One controller. They only have a slight curve and I'm finding them a little weird feeling but not uncomfortable. I'm sure I will adjust. The L and R bumpers feel good. The buttons on the back of the handles I haven't used yet but they are placed in a nice position where my fingers naturally sit. The price on this controller was fantastic and all in all I'm happy I bought this controller and would buy it again. Maybe I'll update my review after I play with it longer.

At first, I was *slightly* sad when I purchased this controller because a (more expensive) 8BitDo competitor controller had a slightly higher rating. I went with this one since it would ship faster and I needed it by the weekend.BUT I WAS SURPRISED!Once I had it in my hands and had the chance to compare it to my recently purchased (and very good) BINBOKPLAY switch controller, several superior features stand out. It is an amazing primary (and not just extra secondary) controller because:* The buttons aren't *clicky* in a cheap-controller plasticky kind of way. Rather, they feel almost exactly like Pro Controller Buttons - they press into place with a precise *thunk* that is MUCH more fined.* The control sticks feel GREAT, with the right amount of control with your thumb pressure. It's definitely better than my other 3rd party controller where I feel just slightly out of control because of the sticks' looseness.* Like PowerA controllers, it has programmable buttons on the backside of each handle.* Unlike PowerA controllers, this controller HAS RUMBLE, and it is a better rumble than my other 3rd party controller.* The lights are nice AND IT DOESN'T DISCONNECT IN LIKE 1 MINUTE WHEN YOU IDLE. That happens on my other controller and it's quite annoying!* It is heavier than my other 3rd party controller despite being every-so-slightly smaller (it feels the size of a PS4 controller). I have average-sized hands and it feels perfect.* I haven't tried the motion controls or tested the battery yet, but may update this review after I do.Overall, I'm very happy about the quality of the product at this price point.

This seems to be a good quality unit. It is a tad heavier then my other controller, but it a tad more petite. Extra buttons below the xl- xr buttons for switching your actual button configuration on the unit. But the default is like standard. The color change display is cool and the control of the vibration is a plus too. Standard c- style charging port. The charge lasts for long play sessions too. Altogether I'd give it a 10.

Nice, easy to hold controller. Purchased with the intent of using this on my Chromebook with Android games and 3rd party games (NVidia Now). Connection to Bluetooth was very simple and caused no issues. Attempted to play an Android game with controller features - again, no issue. Controls were smooth and easy going. Attempted to play a NVidia Now game with controller features - would not register the controller commands. Plugged the controller into the USB port of my Chromebook and clicked a few accept buttons. Game registered the controller within Nvidia Now without issue. Sadly, don't want a USB controller for gaming - so had to return it for another controller. Tested a few features while I had it out - LEDs were easy to adjust. Grip was solid and controller was not too heavy. Doesn't have haptic feedback on Chromebook/Android Bluetooth settings, so can't speak to how that would feel. Buttons had nice depress, but honestly, would have been a bit nicer if the text was more visible - although not a deal breaker. For the price, wasn't disappointed with the 90% solution - just needed to work for my intended purpose on my Chromebook. Can't speak to PC, Switch, or other connections.

fast connection with great quality

I originally bought this controller to play on my 2019 HAC-001(-01) model Nintendo Switch, and it works VERY well! This is far more comfortable than the Joy Cons, in my large hands. My partner has smaller hands, but also still prefers this controller. The button layout is far more comfortable, and the turbo feature comes in handy from time to time. The button presses are precise and satisfying, and not too loud. The analog sticks are WAY more precise than the Joy Con sticks. The only thing I noticed was that the motion features aren't as precise and the vibration isn't as detailed (there aren't as many levels of vibration it seems). Still, I GREATLY prefer this controller over the OEM Joy Con controllers in most instances.On the PC it works very well, once you finally get the OS to recognize and connect to it (Windows 10 was easier than Window 11 and Ubuntu). It was also very easy to connect to my Chromebook. There's no default app for mapping, so - hopefully - whatever you're playing can remap the buttons. Battery life has been good (I disabled all the RBG lights), and it's reasonably rugged for a controller under $30.

2nd Update: ooook oops it's been a year and I never came back to update. The replacement I received has been just fine and still functions a year later without issue. Updated to 3 stars because of that, but still pretty questionable overall quality control. Just be aware of that :). The replacement hasn't had the issue where it turns off, but I'm leaving that in my title because it's important to be wary of.First update: down to 1 star for QC. Left side is the box of the original controller I received, left is the replacement they sent? Totally different? The controller appears to be the same but I'm questioning it since the original arrived malfunctioning. Still plan to update review after use, but so far this is the worst experience I've had with Amazon.________________Original rating: 2 stara: Controller looks and feels great, easy to connect, and appeared to function great at first. Unfortunately, we quickly discovered that the controller turns OFF when the left trigger is pressed fully. We originally thought we just were at a bad range/angle causing it to disconnect from the switch, then we thought the battery might be bad, but after the 3rd instance we realized it was actually an issue with the left trigger. What a bummer! You can work around it if you really baby the controller, but that's annoying.Replacement has been ordered and I'm hoping we just got a faulty one the first time. The original packaging was pretty beat up/squished, no visible damage on the controller itself, but that could have something to do with it.2 stars for now because that malfunction is such an inconvenience, even for a casual game unless you're SUPER conscious about it. Will definitely update review after replacement is received and we've had some time to use it.

Couldn't ask for a better controller. It has been used constantly for about a year now and still works amazing. Definitely can hold up to some extensive hours of gameplay and the leds are bright and full of color. There isn't any delay with the buttons or sticks and I haven't noticed any stick drift.
