I want to like this tablet but unfortunately, I can't. Here's why;1. Description says it's running Android 6, it's actually somewhere between 4.4 and 5.2. Resolution is claimed to be 2560X1600, it's not even 720P. You can actually see the little squares sometimes. Did I really think I was getting a 2K screen for $100? No. But I did think it would be waaaaaaaaaay better than it is.

*sigh*Where do I start. So first things first if you are reading this I won't bore you with my technical background just know I know a thing or two. Bought this as a gift for my son. First of all it is not an octo core. It came pre installed with some funky version of antutu benchmark. I quickly deleted and attempted to reinstall from the playstore but the tablet kept giving an error so I installed geekbench (see pics for results). it is essentially a quad core that is somehow convincing the software that it has 4 more cores that run at 0mghz. I've never seen anything like it in sheer duplicity. It seems it would have almost been cheaper to just put an actual octo core in it. As far as ram goes it has 1 gig and screen resolution is really 1200x800. It's basically a base model tablet but they're selling it for double the price. Shame on you Amazon. It doesnt have a metal case either. You guessed it not running android 6 either. Amazon needs to boot this seller asap.

nice tablet. able to install SEVERAL apps. ram good. storage good. factory installed web browser is crap. install chrome videos great after install of chrome.

I dropped my older tablet, a 9.7 inch very much like this one and decided to go with a slightly larger one. I was not disappointed, this tablet is a great piece for the price. It has some steel in the frame or back cover (not sure, since the WIFI and cell antennas can't be shielded if they are to work properly) so it is a good bit heavier than my previous one but I really enjoy the large amount of RAM and storage that it comes with. Battery life is nothing to brag about but it does run for 3 to 4 hours on continuous use and lasts for a couple of days in standby. Mine came with a screen protector, make sure you put it on right away as even finger swiping makes microscopic scratches on the screen. I have not used this one with a cell carrier but my previous one worked very well with T-Mobile and I am sure this one will as well.

Received both tablets today, both worked like a charm, the picture was crystal clear, and the speed was awesome, way better then my windows 10 tablet which really is a POS due to having windows 10 on it. Seems like they have updates for windows 10 every day, and what they install one day takes out apps that you installed the day before, and after a Windows update it is guaranteed not to run anymore, or at least until they update again. So when I bought this tablet I was looking for Android, so far I like what I see, got to wait before I get my first sim to fire up the phone, but for what I see right now, it is awesome. Watched fast and loud and it was like crystal clear, with great color, played my music on it, and through the head phones it was awesome. Only complaint I have is I had to alter my CDR king 10.1 inch tablet case with keyboard to get all the buttons clear, but the CDR King keyboard worked perfect with it. Love the apps they installed on the machine, all worked great.

Disappointing. The screen isn't that sharp and the design is poor. The SD slot can't take an SD card, it just slips into the body of the tablet. No stop for it and no way to retrieve it. I thought the first one I put in may have popped out (I have had this problem on some devices when my finger slipped at the wrong time)and spent a lot of looking for it before I tried another. No slipping this time, but it didn't work and instead of stopping just went in the unit. So I think I have two in there now. It still works, but forget adding an SD card for more storage.

Had to change my review. Not even a year old and locked out. The touch screen quit working now I cannot unlock it. Such a shame I liked it for the past 9 months then now it is junk.

I ordered this for my wife last year at the end of November. Here it is slightly over 8 months and the touch screen no longer responds to touch. Up to this point I would have give four or five stars for power and speed. But a tablet that runs close to a hundred should last more than 8 mos.
