Very high quality and a terrific value
These mats are pretty much what everyone else here has said that they are. I was astounded at how thick and heavy they are - far more substantial than the hilariously overpriced cocktail napkins that pass for OEM floor mats in my 2007 Honda Fit (thankfully I got the dealer to throw them into the deal). I just snipped away the excess along the tracks Rubbermaid provides and that was it.One thing I have to say, though, is that the person who commented on the strong smell is spot on. It definitely adds some, shall we say, fragrant ambience to my car. It's not an unpleasant smell, but it's rather strong and I have the urge to open the windows more frequently now. I got one of those little trees you hang from the rear view mirror and that seems to have solved the problem. And, of course, the smell will undoubtedly fade as the mats age and the car is aired out over time. The super low price is no doubt due to the fact that, as usual, this product is made in China, so if you're a person who tries to avoid that situation with your household products because of the labor situation over there, you might want to forego these. Other than that, highly recommended.UPDATE [12-31-10]: Three years on and the mats are still rockin'. The driver's side mat, of course, has taken almost all of the beating, but is still perfectly useable. By the way, the strong odor discussed above did, in fact, fade away permanently after a week or so.UPDATE II [01-30-12]: A little over four years on and the mats are STILL ROCKIN'! 3 of the 4 are in pristine shape (OK, I admit it, I'm alone when I drive about 80% of the time) and the driver's side mat is still hanging in there, but it's got a couple of seriously awesome worn spots where my heel digs in in front of the accelerator. I move the mat around to rotate where my heel presses against the mat and that has helped in terms of longevity. I'll probably cry uncle and get another set after the winter is over, and at that point we're talking about almost five years/70,000 miles of seven-day-a-week driving. I'd say I will have gotten my $26 worth.UPDATE III [03-23-13]: R.I.P., Rubber Queen floor mats (2007-2013). After 5 1/2 years & 82,000+ miles of day in, day out, faithful service, it's finally time to replace you with......another set of Rubber Queen 70514 Rubber Bordered Carpeted 4 Piece Floor Mats. :-) Actually it's only the driver's side mat that needs to be replaced. The other three basically look like the day they arrived.

Good mats - NO ODOR!
I bought these with trepidation for $20 at the Friday Sale. Nobody wants stink in their car - especially when it's cold outside and the windows have to stay up!However, I was delighted when these arrived. There was NO ODOR (they were NOT stored/shipped in plastic as some have said), and the mats are a nice heavy weight and good design. The center of the front mats are a flexible plastic/rubber with grooves to catch the snowmelt and grit from your shoes. At the very top is a nice carpet trim and of course the bottom section also has a felt-like grey carpet. The main difference between these mats and the Kraco ones that I had purchased at Wally world, was that these mats (esp in front) are narrower (overall dimensions: Left is 19 x 27 and RT is only 17in x 27). The grey felt carpet is also thicker than the Kraco and these also cost less :^) The size is perfect in my prius and the lighter grey carpet color is preferable with the light grey interior of my car. Mat edge can be readily trimmed to fit as the outer inch or two is just the flexible plastic material.Try them, I think you'll like them. They are definitely worth the money.

Darker than pictured but good quality
Hopefully this review helps...Color:These are much darker than the picture shows. When I first pulled them out of the box I thought they would look horrible in my car. The color is more of an odd caramel color. But when I put them in my car they seem to blend well. BTW - My interior is a very light beige.Size:I drive a 2011 Corolla and the driver side mat doesnt fit well. Its much bigger than the space allows (even if I cut them down.) But I placed them in anyway it works ok. It just covers the left side that pops up... but it doesnt block the brake or gas pedals so its fine I guess.Quality:Very heavy and decently made. I believe they will last a good while.Shipping:The box was fine (super huge.) My only issue was that the mats were stapled together with an industrial size staple that was not easy to get out. I stabbed myself twice with the scissors. But maybe youre more handy with sharp objects.

Solid floor mats
For less than eighteen bucks, this set of four floor mats is a great value. The two front mats are large but just fit in my 2007 Mitsubishi Outlander (a great compact SUV/CUV -- the best!). The two rear mats are small and also fit in the gap between the front and rear seats but do not provide a lot of protection against dirty shoes. The floor mats are heavy which is great for safety -- you absolutely don't want mats that kind of slip when you step on them! The materials seem okay but do look a bit on the cheap side. Again, this is so inexpensive, esp. when compared to the mats that come as a manufacturer's option.

Great floor mats
I purchased these floor mats to use in the winter for my e46 BMW 328i. I used the OEM mats as a template to cut around (I had to cut outside the lines a bit, but that wasn't an issue) and the fit turned out great. I used a sharp utility knife to do the trimming. The carpet actually matches the car carpet very nicely, but the rubber is quite a bit darker than the carpet, especially in certain lighting conditions. This is my reason for rating it only 4 stars. So far, they have stayed in place pretty well and do a good job of keeping snow and slush off the carpet.

Do the job for a good price
They definitely protect from water and mud from seeping into the carpet, and the carpet that comes on the mats is very soft. My wife likes to take her shoes off and rub her feet in the carpet while she rides along. The rubber part helps hold in the water from heavy rains after maybe stepping in a puddle but where your heel touches (from pushing the pedals) wears down pretty fast and becomes flat. It isnt too grippy but doesnt wear all the way through either. The universal size, even with cutting down the cut-able parts, is too big for my 97 Jimmy/Blazer, but the color matches pretty closely. These are decent mats, there are better out there. overall worth the money though.
