The mouse is comfortable to use. It does not hold a charge as long as I anticipated, didn't make it through a full days use. Since there is no indicator, I recommend plugging it in while not in use. Works for me.Now for the charging. The port is slightly off set, so the plug could not insert enough to charge. I cut a small piece off the lip with a razor, it worked.

This mouse is a replacement for my dead vertical mouse. The response is great, and it feels good in my hands. However, unlike my older mouse there is no interface outside of checking devices in my computer where I can change a few settings if necessary. The reason I bring up interface is that my old rechargeable mouse had a direct interface where you could not only change the settings, but more importantly you could view how charged/drained the battery is. As far as I can tell there is no way to determine if it is fully charged, or is about to run out. That's really my only complaint. There was no insert in the box, and trying to search for Dunlin was an exercise in futility.

It worked well for about 2 weeks, then, left click started faltering. - not staying clicked (when trying to click and drag). Luckily, it's within return period and I'm returning it. I've used similarly shaped mouses for quite some time and I like them all except they don't last long (none of them lasted more than 6 months). - scroll wheels, left click button, etc. Other expensive ones aren't comfortable to hold.

Don't worry about the battery! I've had this mouse for a couple months now I think. It's been in the last week or so that I had to charge it cuz it died. I charged it for a full day when it first arrived then but not again till it died a week ago. I try to remember to shut it off every night but I usually don't....and it lasted that long. Good product. Comfortable in my hand too,haven't had any wrist pain since I got it.

Battery lasts forever on one charge...almost 2 weeks. That being said, less than a month into using this 4 days a week for my job and the left click stopped working. Hoping a replacement will last longer...at this price, buying two isn't a big deal...but if the second one has the same issue, I'll be buying a better product.

I've bought at least 3 of this same mouse in the past with various oddities that forced me to buy a new one but this new one provided by Dunlin feels significantly higher quality than the previous ones that I have purchased. The scroll wheel isnt as loose as the others , the click feels solid and it just has a much nicer quality to it than before.

For the price, can’t really complain ... buuuuut ... this design doesn’t really change the position of my hand enough to relieve any discomfort.

This is the best vertical mouse for small hand. I have tried multiple more expensive big name brands and they are huge and makes my wrist pain and thumb pain worse. I agree with other reviews that it does not last very long, but given heavy amount of scrolling I have to do, I just buy a new one every 3-4 months - still cheaper than one physical therapy session.
