Easy to use. This hand warmer heats up quickly and is presented in Celiuis not Farhenheit. Its easy to recharge with the charger cord that is included. It also comes in a small bag. Only 1 warmer comes in the package, so 2 would be needed to be effective in colder climates. THe title above is deceiving as it states hand WARMERS, with an S at the end of warmers. Butthe 1 charger works perfectly for my husband who has some arthritis in one hand. This is very beneficial. He loves it.

I already bought one myself couple years ago, I use it during the winter time and it always keeps my hands warm, this time I bought is gifts for my friends, very useful and the price is very reasonable too.

When plugged in, the blue dots go across, as if to charge. But after 1 pass, it only show 1 blue dot and it blinks. It's been on the charger for 8+ hours and it will not charge. I've changed out the plug, same issue. I changed out to a c cable, same problem. There is nothing about resetting the warmer. I've reached out to the company. If I hear nothing a couple of days, I'll return.1/1/24: Customer service got back to me. That shows great service. I had already figured out the issue. I used a new C cable AND plugged it in directly. Previously, I had plugged in the USB into a USB plug-in with adaptor. This thing works WONDERFUL. It get warm fast and holds the temp for a long time. I would highly recommend this product.

Gift for husband for Christmas. I already had a different brand hand warmer. This one beats it considerably - the battery works for a good long time (most of the day if it's not on high), and it gets extremely hot - so hot you can't really touch it without gloves. Good to put in your hoodie pocket and keep everything warm! Going to purchase me one now!

I received a black one back in 2020 during C-19 as a gift. I also have a autoimmune disease that keeps my hands cold alot of the time. So I use the hand warm alot. It's nice and warm. So this is why I said I LOVE this.Now why I say I am disappointed with my second one. I just bought one myself just the beginning of the month. Reason I'm not as happy is because it dont get as warm as my first one is.I've notice alot of things since the 19 happened nothing is as good as it was. Very sad.
