Be it one of their live shows or one of their albums: German post-rockers My Sleeping Karma never fail to create a unique and hypnotic score of epic proportions bound to send the listener on deep mental journeys. On their fifth album Moksha, the instrumental groove rockers show us their most varied side: blusterous waves of riffs embrace fragile melody lines, Eastern mysticism has its place and ghostly sound shivers lead eternal rhythms to new horizons. Yes, this word is abused way too often these days – but My Sleeping Karma are pure magic.

Simply awesome
Simply awesome music- elements of Black Sabbath, Middle Eastern, Blues (yeah, kind of?), that blends well when put together. Enjoyable listen from start to finish. The entire album is a stand out! I will be purchasing more from this obscure band that should be much more popular and widespread!

Great for tripping your balls off, or not.
This is a really great cd. All instrumental, superb musicianship, rich in guitar textures. Heavy, hypnotic and psychedelic, but not to any extreme. Their cd "Soma" is slightlymellower, but just as good.

One of the best you haven't heard of
I found this band online purely by luck. Like Samsara Blues Experiment their music has quite a bit of eastern influence. They are one of those bands that their music can put the listener in to a very pleasant trance like state akin to Pink Floyd. Not necessarily music of any set genre as they draw from many influences. I can only hope they come to the eastern US someday so I have the opportunity to see them live. One of my favoritesThe album Moksha is more polished and a good one to start with but all of their albums have a similar exploratory mood. I highly recommend them to any hard rock/progressive music fan. Headphone listening is a big plus

Wahrscheinlich das beste Album dieser Band
und als fünftes Album leider auch (vorerst) das letzte einer phantastischen Reihe.2015 kam dieses Album heraus und obwohl die Band noch aktiv ist und vor kurzem noch ein Konzert gab, müssen die Liebhaber der „Psychedelic Groove Rock“ Musik seitdem auf eine Fortsetzung warten.Ich würde es als das beste ihrer Alben bezeichnen, weil es mich sogar noch mehr begeistert als das Debutalbum.
