I have never been happy with all the variety of shoe inserts on the market, for various reasons: a very high instep, planter fasciitis a year ago, a broken ankle and hesitant return to heels this year, and copious amounts of travelling from opposite climates within 12 hours (i.e., cold feet swelling in heat or vice versa). As a picky customer with a fondness for heels, I have to carry around various products to adapt to changing conditions within the same day.But these inserts are truly wonderful! They are like walking on air, and I had no pain on the ball of my foot when wearing (kitten) heels on cobbled streets in the heat, in new shoes. They are bouncy, and most importantly really do mitigate slide to the front of the shoe. Whether or not that has to do with the shape or size of my feet I cannot say, but for me they worked brilliantly.I will say that I think they should be cut and backed for packaging a little bit better, but I had no issues with them staying in place. The seller also provides extra sticky attachments, so this seemingly prolongs use of the product. If there is improvement it would be on this area only, and I have not demoted to 4-star because I purchased for comfort, not packaging and shipping.

These inserts are great. The insert is super soft. They really helped with cushioning my feet, which is great when you are wearing heels for a long time! They also helped keep my feet from sliding in my shoes.

I've been on a mission to find the best cushioning for my feet, so that I can wear chunky heels with dresses and skinny pant suits, and look polished and professional, without pain. No drug store insert I've found works well, with most taking up too much room in the shoe. I found the metatarsal foot cushions, which work well in some shoes, and then added this item to the mix. HOME RUN! My foot was always sliding forward (which hurt my toes) and then slipping out of the heel (which is dangerous!) The little ingenious heel pad keeps the heel in place will providing another level of cushioning for the heel and ball of foot. The extra cushion, even in comfort heels, adds a layer of confidence that I can walk all day without having a pair of back up flats with me. They do not take up too much room in the shoe, and are invisible when the shoes are worn, even with open toe or heeled sandals/booties. I like that they can be put in temporarily with several sets of small adhesives, to try before installing permanently in the shoe. I will keep a set for special occasion shoes to swap out for the evening, and then put a permanent set in each pair of heels I wear often. These were much less expensive than other options, and had the highest ratings among users. I completely agree with the reviewers! Very happy purchase, and will be buying many more!

I searched and searched for the best inserts to put into shoes I was wearing for my friends wedding. I knew it was going to be a long day with lots of standing and I NEEDED comfortable shoes! I put ball of foot pads in all of my heels, no matter how high they are. They just feel better! I wanted to try these because I liked the idea of the weight transfer pad and they got great reviews!So I made it through the wedding and they actually were comfy! The problem is wearing them AGAIN. I used the permanent adhesive and it is absolutely not permanent. After maybe 2-3 more wears, The cushion started slipping and the sticky stuff was sticking out and stuck to my foot. The cushion on the other foot started cracking. I eventually ripped them both out and it damaged the inside of my shoe. I’ve put a new cushion over the remainder of the sticky residue and can wear my shoes again. I had high hopes for these but unfortunately they did not deliver.

I was a little skeptical having tried several other high heel shoe pads before. I wear high heels to work every day and was having pain on the ball of one of my feet. I got these based on the reviews from others. They came yesterday and I put them in my shoes this morning. Wow! I can't how comfortable they are. They can be installed temporarily or permanently. I have to many shoes to put them in all of my shoes but I am going to order several sets to install permanently in the shoes I wear most often and then keep this set as a floating set for my other heels. I highly recommend. Be sure to follow the directions on the installation so they are positioned correctly in your shoes.

I've been using these since first discovering them online while looking for something to stop my arch-less feet from sliding forward in my high heels, and low heels. After trying all of the rubber inserts that you place under the balls of your feet, that didn't work, I went looking for something better, and found these inserts that were made by a woman in Canada. I found these, and I've never looked back. Getting them placed perfectly is your shoes is something that takes patience, but it's worth it. I keep buying them, because I keep buying high heeled shoes because of these.

No matter where I put them in my shoes, they make my feet hurt even faster probably due to the added thinkness. Wont be buying again.

I got these to wear for my wedding and was pretty excited to try them. I wore them a bit before committing and adhering them to my shoes to make sure I liked them. Unfortunately the first time wearing them adhered to my shoes one of the pads bunched up - I have thin feet and the shoes aren't too small so I'm not sure how it would have happened. There was no way to fix it without tearing the pad and upon removing the pad it took part of the bottom of the shoe with it. Hoping some other pad will work and I'm bummed this didn't work our for me.

Since the nice weather is now here, I've been wearing my flip flops a lot...this product works great and keeps my feet from sliding forward in my flip flops and rubbing against that little piece that comes between my toes.....my goodness it feels so much better wearing them now..highly recommended ...

The foam part slipped off the sticky part only after one use and made it more painful than if i didn’t use them in the first place. They also ruined my shoes.

I tried these in different pairs of shoes and followed the instructions for dots and lining them up. They didn't make a difference in comfort. Actually after walking around with them, they made the heels feel even more uncomfortable than without. They add thickness so if the strap around the front of your heels are already tight, this will add to it.
