No real complaints, but a few things to know:1. The 32oz version will not fit in very many cup holders. Consider downsizing if that is an important feature.2. The bottle itself is not dishwasher safe, but the lid (the part your mouth has contact with) is. No big deal if you only plan to store water in it. Also not an uncommon restriction.I did not get mine customized so I cannot speak to that point.

With the covid being an issue all water fountains in school are understandably shut down. The kids are allowed to carry water bottles. We had several plastic ones and had multiple issues I didn't like. One of which didn't keep water cold for my grandson. I had intended on buying a yeti. We all know that's an excellent product. But for this size and name engraved-which was a must for me-a yeti was $70. Way out of my price range for a water bottle. So, I researched and read reviews of other products. This is the one I settled on. We are very happy with our choice. My grandson says it stays cool all day and it's large enough for it to last all day so he doesn't have to drink city water🤢. It doesn't sweat all over everything in his back pack-which was one of the issues we had with plastic. The lid is attached to the bottle so I don't have to worry about him losing it! And no ruined homework from leaks. I wanted his name on it to help deter theft. Markers wear off-easily. Permanent markers are not permanent 😳. I didn't care how it was put on there, as long as it was on it but if it's an issue how it's engraved on there for you-the choices are endless! As I'm writing this the bottle is at school-or I would put it on here. However the picture is pretty true the bottle. We are very happy with this product and the price...

Mine came super fast, looks good, couple things Im not happy about.1. the size- I purchases a 32oz, unfortunately 32oz does not fit into the cup holder in my car so Ill never use it $40 wasted.2. the letters are super small and get lost under the large image above it.***I have seen several other versions that offer different fonts and larger lettering for much cheaper.

Cold drinking water for all day.

Keeps liquids cold much longer than other brands I've had. 12-24 hrs depending on how full the bottle is kept. Keeps Coffee warm/hot for 6-8 hoursWELL WORTH THE PRICE, and still cheaper than many big name brands

I've done some comparison shopping among several 32 oz growlers on Amazon and this is the only 1 with the cool screw on pop top. Its hinged, so you don't lose it. Convenient for easy pouring without risk of spills. Cap is well designed with silicone gasket for secure resealing without leaks. Does a good job of holding carbonation for at least a couple of days. The custom engraving turned out really nice, too. The seller does a top notch job of order fulfillment.

I love these water bottles! So much better than hydro flask

Absolutely LOVE this water bottle. It is perfect and keeps drinks cool for over 24+ hours. Went on a trip with my girlfriends and we used these since we were going to the beach. By the time we got back, one of my girls bought one for her husband that uses them in the military. He was so impressed I believe they have bought one for everyone in the family! I use mine everyday at school and it is perfect for teaching. I couldn't live without it now that I have it!
