Terrible
If I could give it no stars I would. It was bulky for inside the ear and the packaging was in some sort of Asian writing with no English whatsoever so I don’t even know what the different pieces are for. I used one in my ear and it hurt for a full day. Waste of money.

This little unit was super easy to use
Wow this thing works! I tried the “elephant ear wax removal” thing and didn’t work. This little unit was super easy to use, painless and inexpensive.

Don't.
It vibrates and is rather noisy for something going into your ear. But does nothing of use. Not a single speck, fleck, or droplet came out of my ears. I know it seems like exactly what you want, especially if you would rather not put water in your ears as other systems use. But do not believe the positive reviews, which say nothing about the product's actual performance of its job. It did not vacuum my ears clean.

Don't buy it awful doesn't work remove nothing from your ears I used it and nothing came out awful product find another one but not this one
