AVG Technologies Ultimate 2019, Unlimited Users 2 Year [Key Card]

I had no idea how buying the key card would work, however it was a piece of cake, simple instructions were clearly printed. Only 2 steps: 1. Navigate to avg.com/retail and complete the 2 simple steps. 2. Start the download process. This is my second purchase of AVG over the years, they seem to have kept me safe, but I've never in 25 years experienced a virus attack, but I feel better having something installed watching my back. I just killed Norton with 6 months left on my 1 year subscription. I was tiring of their unsolicited notifications and their software constantly popping web pages trying to sell more product. I did make several calls to CS, but there was no stopping the intrusion. AVG would like to do the same, however I easily found the kill switch within minutes after installing. It's there under settings, you'll find it too.

Been using for 2 days.................Overall a simple to use program, that is AVG Ultimate. Seems to work well to a point.My major issue is the pop ups and listings on the main page of problems that need to be resolved. They show you the problems but then want another subscription to continue with those. Specifically Privacy issues and Driver updates requests then please subscribe for more $$'s.Also a lack of a clear way to have scheduled scans. Its a bit convoluted on how its done if I understand it.The big question I have is how do I turn off these anoying reminders in this "ultimate version" which is not so ultimate at this point in time.I can guarentee that I will not use this anoying product for 2 years unless I can turn off these notices.Turn them off and I can give the "Ulitimate" 4 stars". Make the scheduling of virus escans easy no brainer and I'll give it 5 stars.I am getting some bad feeling at this time on AVG Ultimate. Actually the FREE version was just as good.A refund may be in order if this does not work itself out in a week of so.

Fantastic product. Absolutely the most bang for the buck, and unlimited downloads are great for my family with 8 computers for various things. I have used AVG for at least 5 years now, and have NEVER had a virus in that time. As long as AVG continues to produce such a reliable, high quality product at a great price, I would never even consider buying from any other company.

Title said it’s 2019 version of AVG, I received 2018 version!!! So not as described! Installation is okay, but then encountered problem saying the license is Expired after activating the license number. Called AVG Customer service, and sounded very fishy. I watched a lot of scam phone calls on YouTube and she sounded just like one. She has very heavy “India” accent and lots of background noise like other like her talking on the phone scamming other innocent people. She ran remote monitor on my computer, she did clicked and clacked my computer, ran a lot of tests on my computer. 35 freaking minutes passed by and not a single problems are resolved!!! She was saying there are problems with my computer and offered to professional clean up and they will charge fee for it. She also said that my computer also have another anti virus which prevented AVG to work properly. Again she wanted to charge fee to professionally delete the other anti virus which does not exist. I mean seriously 35 minutes and she just went on and on and round and round, NOT RESOLVING PROBLEM! I got fed up and I turned off the remote monitor and hung up. They tried to call back three times but my phone only rang once for each call.Anyways after I hung up the phone, my husband ended up resolving the problem himself. He deleted the last subscription that we had that will expired in a few days and it linked to the new subscription. Everything works well so far.In conclusion, item is NOT as Described. Received 2018 instead of 2019 AVG. Horrible , terrible, fishy, and scammy AVG Customer Service that doesn’t even resolve problem.But at the end everything works well, All Thanks to my comp genious hubby.

I tested the free version and AVG seem good so I figure I would by it so I could avoid the ads. Looks like I was wrong. They keep showing issues AVG sees and then when you click on it it wants you to buy more options?????!!!!It works better on PC than Android. It changed many of the options on my Apps and lost settings I had. At first this seems minor but when you need to travel cross country for a family emergency and you find the options on the apps you use for travel (navigation and hotel apps) have been changed it is a royal pain in the ....I contacted AVG and they were helpful but basically could not change things. Then I found the FREE version of Spybot caught more issues than the PAID version of AVG I was really disappointed. During my trip I had to un-install AVG in my phone and spend an hour when I got to the hotel FIXING all the apps it changed.AVG acknowledge the issues and agree it should be refunded but since it was sold through Amazon they said I need to due that through Amazon where you can'tI also found the FREE version of Norton does a better job and identifies spam calls which AVG does not.so AVOID this Product or if you really want it purchase it direct through AVG where based on good response I had from AVG they could better assist and refund it you find it is not what you want

UPDATE: After another call or two to AVG, (do not call on weekends) I was able to work with them to get the product loaded. Eventually you will get an email from AVG directly. Wait until you get this, then call them to install. Also, all other AVG products must first be removed before this will work, along with any other anti-virus programs.All in all, the product works well but the installation when purchasing through Amazon is very tedious and if you don't push, you will be told you cannot do it all.DOES NOT WORK!! Called AVG and they stated that the "online code" is not a license number and there was nothing they could do. AMAZON WILL NOT ISSUE A REFUND... EVEN FOR A NON WORKING PRODUCT!!!

Tengo a toda la familia cubierta.El número de serie que viene en el producto lo ingresas en la página que te indica el manual te registras ¡y listo! ya puedes empezar a instalar equipos con tu cuenta, en la página de AVG si necesitas que esté en español arriba a la derecha hay una bandera, dale clic y elige la que se acomode al idioma que quieres ver y listo.

The AVG ultimate including tun up for 2 years , no limited users did not work ! I was not able to install the received product key number . After more than 3 hours of talking with the US help desk I'm wondering now about my phone bill . The first friendly helpful person offered assistance tried to charge me with 90 Dollar for technical support on top of my already paid 80 Dollar version. The second and 3th attempt next morning talking to 2 different person ended up sour , apparently my code is used already by somebody else , my immediate action after giving so much information last night was to least cancel my credit cards , which affects now Amazone , my different Banking and other direct payed organizations leaving me for the moment internet financially stranded , I was forced to install a free version for now because it takes time for a new valid credit card .........Shame on the AVG organization ! ...........

Lo compre a un super precio y realmente es fácil de instalar y funciona en cualquier PC, laptop o smartphone. No vuelve lento al sistema operativo ni nada, por el contrario, hasta cuenta con herramientas para agilizarlo. El único "pero" es que la función de VPN solo es gratuita en los sistemas móviles y no en una computadora, que es cuando uno lo usaría mas realmente.

Received my AVG Ultimate software today as promised, but to my surprise I noticed that the seal on the box was broken, so I was very disappointed as it looks like it may have been used. I know it is unlimited PC's but I do not like someone using my product...

Many great features, including PC tuneup and phone tuneup, but a real hassle to install, and when you use your account on the android app, it doesn't unlock the ad-free pro eddition. If AVG could iron out these issues they'd have an excellent product. As it is, it's pretty awesome for the price, and I really appreciate the unlimited devices - being a household of a ridiculous amount of tech.
