These do not work at all. Might as well be taking nothing. They have absolutely nothing in them that will suppress your appetite. Total waste of money.

So far, so good! Down 6lbs in 5 days! I have changed diet and limiting carbs altogether but this supplement seems to help curb the hunger that makes dieting tough!

Negative Ghostrider.
Ummm.. no.did not have any effect. Took the entire supply; had no effect on my appetite and no noticeable effect. I am a vegetarian and typically eat pretty healthy and am decently active; I lost no weight with this.To each their own, maybe others have had good results, but not me.

Was exploring different types of pills(functions) when i first decided to try it out. Effects at the beginning and then no help/change. I wouldn't advise it for weight loss.
