Meh... not awful, but not the same cup as pictured
The cup that came in was a different shape than in the photo. That may not be a big deal to some, but I prefer the ozark trail/rtic/yeti shape for tumblers as opposed to the BUILT (walmart branded insulated tumblers) shaped ones.

Red Tarnish/Corrosion
UPDATE #2: Great customer service, after a quick conversation with the vendor they explained what I was seeing and rushed me a new cup; cup was safe to use it was just a finishing issue. Wife loves her new cup and claims it looks better than mine ( it’s the same cup silly lady). Even with the glitch in finishing the experience was great and I definitely recommend the vendor and they product to everyone who asks about the cup.UPDATE #1Had to up date this original five stars. This is my second purchase as a gift for my wife that loved mine. The issue is this weird red tarnish/corrosion on the top of the cup, which my wife and I have tried to clean. Carbon fiber looks great and the lid hides the red stuff, but she knows it’s there and we did not have any of that with the first one.
