I have nasty looking dingy teeth from years of coffee drinking and acidic foods. I needed something to get me back on track and help me be more relaxed and not embarrassed about opening my mouth again. I have been doing Elegant Smile for almost 2 weeks now. I'm not quite ready to take a picture of my teeth yet but I'll tell you I can see a huge difference with each whitening. It comes with a case and two molds, one for lower and one for upper teeth. You can cut it down to size to fit inside your mouth which is what I did. Easy. Syringes full of whitener that are capped over and a teeth whitening shade guide. It all looks very nice in the package.First off I have to say that I am EXTREMELY gaggy. I gag a lot! I can't handle anything weird in my mouth and even those bite wing things the dentist sticks in the sides of your mouth before x-rays make me about throw up. I cut these down very small and then tried it. I couldn't handle it past 8 minutes. That's okay though. I did top and bottom each about 8 minutes and then I tried again the next day. Up to 10. I start to think about it and then I salivate too much and I start to taste the bleach and I freak out and then I spit it all out and I'm done. So 2 weeks later of doing it 3x a week top and bottom I'm up to the full time and have no problem at all with it and have seen such great results! My teeth are 90% whiter and I'm really VERY satisfied with it. Teeth whitening systems aren't cheap and this one is one of the cheapest so if you can handle sticking your teeth in the trays and waiting awhile this is for you. I got over my horrible gag with it. Just stick it out and you'll do great the next time. Even when I was only doing it for 8-12 minutes I was still seeing huge differences. I will continue to get this product.

Just started using it. might take awhile because it's not a overnight success. So far no pain in using this but be careful not to get on the tongue. I waited too long to get it off and now my tongue is sore.

Works great. Follow directions and white teeth are yours.
