Worked great at first
Worked great at first, then I had to unscrew it to adjust and it would not connect back to the internet. Maybe it was an easy fix, I am not sure but it was frusterating.

NOT so SIMPLE
Very difficult to set up and install. There were no instructions that came in the box to help with set up and no one to contact for help.I finally was able to get them set up using a totally different app using smart link.The files are .hkv files that are stored on the micro SD card. You can't view on a computer and no converting service online or paid can convert these files to view. You can't not view on your phone either.

Too bad I really tried to be patient
I’m sending this back, can’t get it to connect with my android or my iPhone. Spent three hours unplugging resettling no luck getting this work. Too bad I really tried to be patient, but this is not worth the aggravation

Do not waste your time or money.
Never worked from day one. No instructions come with it except a web address that does not work. A long, long, long wait for nothing. Complete junk and a total waste of money.
