Did not work, the tight cap made headache worse, and the material becomes soggy and wet when cold. Maybe it works better for other people, but for me, it did not work and made things worse

Highly disappointed. I left it in the freezer for 24 hours and when used it didn’t even stay cold for one hour. Really really disappointed as it didn’t even help
