Scent Flavored Apple cup - The cure for boring water!

I have a very strong sense of smell, so I thought this product might work well for me - no such luck. The cup I purchased had a faint hint of apple when it first arrived, but smelled more strongly of plastic. I handwashed it and let it sit out for a couple of days before trying it - still smells of plastic, and even less like apple! Complete waste of money.

If you’ve watched Shark Tank, you’ve seen how cool this cup is supposed to be. Drink more water, it’s like drinking juice! Farthest thing from the truth. The cup smells okay, but unless you’re licking the rim of the cup, there really is no flavor to the water at all.

This cup smelled faintly of green apples (think a green Jolly Rancher), but I noticed no change in the water. I tried it with flat and sparkling, and had other people try it as well and we all agreed it did nothing. I’m also slightly concerned that the cup interior leeches “sweetness” into the water, according to the packaging. I ended up returning it, because of the incredibly high price for a product that does nothing.

I thought this was a gimmick but it's actually pretty cool! My hubby never drinks water, but if it's from this cup he will. The smell is identical to fresh, sweet apple juice, it's uncanny.

Have been looking forward to owning one since it was in it's development stages, so as soon as I saw them listed I jumped at the opportunity to finally own one! It smelled amazing when the package first opened.I Really wanted to like this cup, but it lost it's apple aroma after just a day.No it never saw the dishwasher, and I have tried with Cold water, Room temp water & hot!The water Never quite gave anyone in my family that has tried it the impression it was flavored like apple juice either.Fairly sad that I spent so much money on such a small cup that doesn't work as advertised :(Gave 3 stars because it still functions well as a cup.

This is the third cup we bought and we love them! We bought the other two from the Indigogo campaign and were amazed by how much easier it is to drink water using them. My husband was very skeptical at first but now these are the only cups he uses and his water consumption has increased dramatically. It takes once or twice for the brain to get used to it and then it really feels like flavoured water. We have the orange, berry and apple flavors and recommend them all.

Doesn’t smell like Apple doesn’t taste like apple just smells like manufactured chemicals water tasted just like water absolute waste of time and money
