Not Tamper Resistant
First of all the product is not Tamper Resistant. Therefor it is not up to code and will not pass California Title 24. Secondly the product looks solid enough but is a bit flimsy and uses molded plastic for most of it. if used on a kitchen counter if it was hit with a pot/pan I can easily see it cracking.

While a great concept, product does not feel sturdy- seems like it wouldn't last for my application (kitchen). I've returned it and replaced it with a similar, albeit more expensive model.

I think this is a well made product. The installation was simple. The usb ports charge things quickly. All in all a worthwhile product.

Cool thing to have in the counter but I just wish the surrounding ring was balanced and locked flat. You have to kinda' putz around with it to level it back out with the countertop when you push it back in.
