Perfect for the kitchen - - but my husband is using it to measure all of his ingredients for his home brewing kits...This is perfect for the home brewer!

Very easy to use in the kitchen. Unit turns on quickly and is accurate. Tare function works well for setting to zero. Switching units is simple (3 modes: weight, water volume, and milk volume). I only use the weight function.....and there are 2 options....grams and lb:oz. I compared the scale to my old Ozeri pronto, and the values displayed were the same on both scales for both light items (cloths pin) and heavier items (2lb bag of chia seed). No hesitation recommending the Longtek model as price is cheaper, and it works the same.
