After reading more reviews after I ordered these headphones I was worry about the comments that these had little or no bass. When I got them I charged them first thing and pair with phone, super easy. I started off streaming songs from my S8 phone using Amazon prime. I went with classic 70's rock, great sound but too heavy on bass, so I moved to pop and reggae, still to much bass. After i adjusted the bass down the mid's and highs opened up and all was good.I think I spoiled, I'm used to balanced sound from my systems at home since they are all calibrated for flat a response. So anytime a try new headphone or listen to speakers I can tell straight way when the sound is wack. It's a blessing and a curse, I can hear when either is being pushed for a groups of frequency's, usually the bass.If these phones are still too lite on bass for you, either your ears are shot or you need to adjust your EQ, if that doesn't help you've killed the bass part of your hearing range and you'll never find anything that does not have enough bass. On the bright side you'll never be told "If it's too loud you're too old"...I think the length of the cord may be too short for me, I'm a big guy. The cord slight sticks to me skin when I'm at work so I feel a tugging on each ear bud. Not sure if all of these types of headphones are similar in length but I just ran the cord in front behind my beard. The BT range is very good but I can tell when the battery is running low, the range is more limited and cuts out more often. I've been getting about 6 strong hours before a recharge is needed.These headphones are light and nice for daily use so the price point makes them a good deal.

At first, I was unlucky to receive a defective unit that lasted two months. I sent the company a private complaint (admittedly, a little bit too bitter), and they responded immediately in a way that surprised me: "We sincerely apologize and we just shipped you a replacement. We want you to be happy with our product." They didn't ask for a proof of the problem nor to send my defective unit back. I got the replacement in just two days after I complained! And it works perfectly.I highly respect the company that treats their customers so well, and I love their product.

The audio quality is not clear at all. Everything sounds muffled.The call quality on the mic is probably ok. I haven't had any complaints yet.The batteries do not last long at all. They last 1-2 hours at most, which prevents me from using this for anything long term, like conference calls at work.The included case, however, is great. I used it to protect my other headphones.

I just picked this up as a cheap set of earbuds I could use and not freak out about damaging in workouts, but they've been quite durable and have really become my favorite. The magnetic 'clasp' that lets the two earbuds stick together like a little nerdy necklace when not in use is possibly my favorite feature, and it's hard to find in earbuds in that price range with this really handy feature.Pairing has been problem-free for me, even when I have to juggle between devices. The rubber ear buds will get loose every now and then. I just use a dab of rubber cement ('shoo goo' is fine) to keep them from coming off in my ears. I've had this since January, 2018, so about 10 months of pretty frequent rough use. No problems.I only wish we had some more color options? Would love a blue. But the read is nice so that it doesn't get lost/smushed in your gym bag.

Bought headphones in January. Worked great and stayed in. However, the bluetooth function no longer connects with my iphone. It says 'pairing' and the light on the headset flashes between blue and red, but is unable to make an actual connection. This makes them utterly useless. I thought initially that they needed to be recharged, but that has not changed anything. Very short lifespan and ultimately low quality which is unfortunate because they worked well while they lasted. Not sure if this is a one off batch or if the overall quality of the product is low.

Giving these headphones 3 stars because there is a delay on the sound when watching videos. The headphones are great quality and pair very easily with my iPhone. They are very comfortable and stay put when I use them.

My son said he loves these because they are comfortable and sound great. He likes the fact that when he’s hunting he can pull them out real fast and they can just hang around his neck unlike the little cordless Bluetooth ones I wanted to buy him that would slip out of his hand and fall down the tree. Lol

I gave a 5 star rating already, however the headphones have completely stopped working and will not charge at all. I have waited to see if they would suddenly start working again and nothing.
