Bad batch or bad design? Great customer service though.
I have been a Pong case user since my iphone 5s. I wish they have the raspberry color that they used to have for the 5s, but oh well, white is also good. The case is sleek and simple, although it has very little friction for grip, so I attach a ring in the back and the problem is solved. As for improving the call quality, which has been the brand's main selling point, I can't really comment on that :/ For iphone users, I think basically if you keep your mic uncovered your sound quality should work just fine, with or without this case. I also am not a big talker on the phone so I can't say whether this case is helping to reduce dropped calls. For this case though, it has been the very first one that I've gotten from Pong research that showed cracks at the edge...almost as if my iphone 7 is too big to fit in. I did not even drop my phone since I've gotten the case on. All cracks are at the corners of my phone (see pictures). I contacted the customer service and sent them the picture of my cracked case. The customer service was awesome and sent me a replacement at no charge on my end. My second case looked fine for about a month but now it's starting to show cracks at the edge again. (Again, I have not drop my phone during this period of time..)I still like the design and the texture of this case. I just feel I can't give 5 stars since now I have two cracked case with me and none of the cracking is my own doing. :/ I do however want to give kudos to the customer services, they were quick to response and the replacement shipment was really fast.

Fits the iPhone 8 Plus and works with its Qi wireless charging feature
This case is listed as for the iPhone 7 Plus but does fit the iPhone 8 Plus. Dimensions of the 7 Plus: 6.23" x 3.07" x 0.29"; the 8 Plus: 6.24" x 3.07" x 0.30". From what I am observing with the new iPhone 8 Plus fit is that the slightly increased thickness and form factor results in the screen, with a screen protector, to protrude a bit from the case wrap-around. So that if you put the phone down face down, it will rest on the screen. No real problems with that if you use a screen protector and are careful to lay the phone done in its usual position face up. All switches and the camera cut-out line up perfectly. Another point to mention with this case is that is does allow the Qi wireless charging feature on the iPhone 8 Plus to work. But don't put that piece of metal between the case and phone to hold it to one of those car dashboard magnetic holders as the Qi feature will be defeated by the metal. Hope this info is of help to my Amazon friends out there who help greatly with product reviews. But before you buy this case, check out EMF tests on YouTube.

Personally tested
I purchased the Pong iPhone 6 Plus in June 2015. I was very skeptical when I made this purchase but really like the idea of Pongs claim of reducing rad exposure and boosting or supporting signal strength. I have no way of actually testing the rad exposure and have to rely on Pongs claims and studies. However, I did do extensive testing with the the signal boosting and found a noticeable difference with and without the this Pong case. My iPhone 6 plus was tested with out this case, with the case and with another case with 9 trials each with 3 separate locations. Every test was conducted with a Speed Test application. In almost every trial the test with the Pong case did show an increase in signal service. There was a few test showing that there was no change in service, but I am suspecting that is because of the location. In my experience, due to the positive signal results after testing and the slim dependable profile I use this case everyday along with a screen protector.

'Caseaholics' search comes to an end
I am a caseaholic .. seriously, I have a dozen 6 Plus cases already ..I picked this one up after seeing it on CNET..It meets all of my rigorous Type A standardsPros1. size .. perfect thin but protective2. open access to controls and ports,.. very imp if you use declaiming stations and just like to actually control your phone without pushing on rubber covered buttons.3. seamless.. no creases to ruin the feel /4. does the face down thing well5.. technology .. I was totally skeptical but it does improve overall transmission. Bought one for my wife's 5s ( the heavy duty model ) .. I have done some research on the safety aspect and I am convinced this is true as well.Cons ... None ....This caseaholic's search has cone to an end . This case will stay in until I go on to the next phone.. At last ..my search is OVER !!

Does Not Protect Against Breakage
The Pong case for iPhone 6 plus DOES NOT PROTECT SCREEN from breakage! I've used Pong cases for years. I was pleased with Pong cases for iPhones 4 & 5. I've purchased Pongs for immidiate and extended family members and advocated Pongs to friends. I am however, extremely disappointed in the Pong for iPhone 6 plus. I've had every other iPhone with no breakage, yet I've broken 3 phones in this case. The sides have a very low profile, so if the phone is dropped, nothing protects the glass. This last breakage of mine occurred from dropping the phone about 2 1/2 feet onto a wood floor. It fell flat on it's screen, which shattered on impact, because of lack of protection. I believe strongly in minimizing radiation from wireless devices, especially since having unfortunately lost a ten year old niece to a brain tumor. I place my phone on airplane before giving it to my children, falling asleep, or slipping it in my pocket. I also try to use the speaker as much as possible, and always when one of my children is speaking. I want to use this case badly for the added peace of mind, but the iPhone 6 plus is too expensive a device to put in a case that doesn't serve the primary function of a case, to protect. Boo Pong for failing on this design! I am so disappointed to have a third broken phone in 8 short months.

It's like insurance, I suppose
Honestly, who knows if this stuff works. They say it does, and so we use it in my paranoid family to protect ourselves from yet another ubiquitous carcinogen! I guess I should revisit in 20 years to let you know if we're cancer free if the phone industry every comes out and admits to radiation harm... It's like insurance, I suppose. I can't tell you you really need it or it's doing anything, but I suppose it doesn't hurt.
