My carpal tunnel had been terrible lately. I bgh have a full wrist brace that....i cant really fo anything while i wear. A copper infused glove thats nice for sleeping and driving....but i needed something i could wear wotjout having to take off when i washed my hands, cooked, or other activities my glove is inconvenient for...this is IT. I wore this for 4 days (not even at night) and then i went 3 days straight without it and PAIN FREE. I now know if i wear it a little bit every day i can go the rest of the day without wanting to cry. I suggested it to 2 friends already and theyve ordered AND also has amazing results. I love this brace. I have wrist problems, and this one is my new favorite brace. It works great when I'm working out, and also when I sleep. Super comfy, and provides me with the support I need.

This didn't do anything for my wrist. Didn't restrict it from moving at all. Waste of money. Not sure what you would use this for ... maybe a sweat band?
