The "underwear" isn't leakproof, no better than a pad in your regular underwear, actually worse.
These are no different from putting a pad in your underwear and less comfortable. The underwear is not waterproof so they easily get wet as the pads bunch up and leak over the sides. The are better fitting pads for your underwear. I don't think many who have sneeze leaks bother with incontinence underwear, they use pads, and these are no good for those with medium to large leaks as they will leak right through. Trust me if you need incontinence underwear these will not save you the embarrassment of leaks showing through clothes or worse yet, seats, when you stand. Not sure why any company would sell incontinence underwear that doesn't protect you from leaks. The pads are so wide that when they bunch up between your legs the "leak guards" meet causing them to leak anymore, and when they say the fabric "wicks away perspiration" it might but it also absorbs any leaks and remains wet allowing everything they touch to get wet too. The pads absorb quickly but they don't spread out the moisture so you leak through and end up throwing away a pad that is 80% dry as they have already leaked through your clothes. Great idea if the underwear was waterproof and the pads were shaped better and held more. I purchased the maximum in large.

Works better then all the others
Works better then all the others. Now I can wear jeggings and form fitting skirt without it being obvious that I am wearing adult diapers. Thank you to the genius who made this. I am buying more.

Not for me and seems impractical and wasteful
Impractical and wasteful. Panties are very soft and comfortable but the inserts aren't long enough and they have sidewalls which fold inward so provide no protection as everything just falls on top of them and spills out. Also, I'm not sure why you'd use this instead of just real panties (ie reusable and not as environmentally unfriendly) with the inserts, assuming you like the inserts or a regular full diaper which definitely provides better protection as the pantie itself has no protection alone. Very odd, I'll keep looking.

Only hold a little liquid.
I love how comfortable the panties are and they look nice. However I have bladder control problems and the pads don't hold enough liquid. I work and I'm trying to be discreet about my problems and several times since I tried these, I have completely soaked through my clothes. They say that these are comparable to adult diapers, they are not! I hate the diapers, but they work.

Hasocare makes a great product!
Love this brand and the disposable briefs are great for travel. Fit well and smooth look under my leggings. I have found the pads work best with the Hasocare briefs. The pads just don’t stay in place as well using conventional underwear. Not for sudden heavy episodes of urinary incontinence although the pads are very absorbent. I think Hasocare makes some of the best incontinence products available.

But these by far are really great. These will be my everyday wear
I have tried so many brands. I almost gave up. I'm younger and have issues with my bladder. But these by far are really great. These will be my everyday wear.

Not hypoallergenic
I find I cannot use the pads that come with these parties and I ordered a lot of them. They are NOT hypoallergenic and I have problems with them. It never occurred to me that they wouldn’t be.

Thumbs up 👍
I like these for day wear, but don't feel they are heavy enough for nighttime. One improvement would be if they put a mark in the pantie as to where to stick the pad.
