KDW 1:87 Scale Diecast Material Handling Truck Construction Vehicle Cars Model Toys

My son bought this with his Christmas money and waited anxiously to receive it. He got to play with it for about ten minutes before we realized the grapple was broken. When we opened the package, the grapple was loose and rolling around in the box, so not sure if it somehow got broken in the shipping or not. We’re in the process of trying to return it now.I will say that I worried about my son spending $30 for a tiny model but it was a lot bigger than what we expected. He would’ve been happy with it if it hadn’t been for the broken grapple.

This is a pretty decent model for the price. It's labeled as a 345 but it is closer to the large Cat 385 class of machines in HO (1/87 scale) It's perfect for a scrap yard.

Nicely made but not to 1/87 scale to large

It is a well-made excavator that gets played with a lot and it has a few connectors that are (overall) good in that they seem to not want to break although (granddad) has to repair attachments from use!

Really, really nice die cast. Great detail & maneuverable made this perfect for my diorama needs. I whole hearted ly recommend

It is a very detailed model. But it's a little bit bigger than 1/87 scale.
