Completely failed in one month of light use.
When I first got the H96 Max I gave it a five star review. I loved the speed and strong wifi connectivity. At the time, the only glitch was its failure to completely power off. I could work around that.Since then, I have become totally frustrated with it. Least reliable box I've ever bought. When it works, it's great; but each day is a crapshoot as to whether or not it will even power on. Right now the opening screen is stuck on H96Max logo. Been that way for half an hour.Seller did not respond to my earlier concerns. I was not able to find any link to Customer Support. Searched blogs, but nothing helped.I am done with the H96Max. I've requested approval for return of the item. Hopefully this poor review will get somebody's attention.Don't know if this particular box is a lemon; or if these issues are common among all H96Max boxes. I'm going back to my reliable H96Pro Plus.
