## Description

L.O.L. Surprise provides the ultimate unboxing experience with L.O.L Surprise big surprise.

Review: A Big Surprise That Really Feels Like an Event - I bought the L.O.L. Surprise! Big Surprise for a child, and this is definitely more than just opening one small toy. The whole unboxing experience becomes part of the fun. There are multiple surprises to discover, which keeps the excitement going much longer than a regular mystery pack. If your child already enjoys L.O.L. dolls and accessories, this makes the experience feel extra special because there is always another little compartment or surprise waiting to be opened. I also like that everything can become part of an existing L.O.L. collection, so the fun does not end once the package is empty. Just be prepared, because opening this turns the living room into an official unboxing headquarters in about three minutes. 😂 Overall, colorful, exciting, and a great gift for an L.O.L. Surprise fan who really enjoys the mystery and collecting experience.
Review: The girls absolutely loved it! - This was a huge hit! The girls were beyond excited with all the surprises inside. It kept them entertained for hours, and the unboxing experience was so much fun. Totally worth it for the smiles and excitement — a perfect gift for any LOL fan!

## Questions & Answers

**Q: What is frustration free packaging?**
A: LOL is printed on the box on both sides. So it’s a dead giveaway if it’s a gift. There is just less packing material for frustration free packing.

**Q: Are these genuine??**
A: Currently this item says it is shipped from and sold by Amazon. Therefore I believe it is genuine. Amazon always lists the name of the vendor when it is from a third party vendor.

**Q: You offer prime shipping, yet you couldn’t ship this item until 5 days after I ordered?**
A: Start up a chat with Amazon Support and they should refund you what the shipping price "would have been". Not a perfect resolution since you still got the item late, but it helps.

For the seller... Amazon Prime is most definitely geared towards both 2 day shipping as well as being free. It's specifically marketed as "Free 2-day Shipping" therefore as a seller you're supposed to specify if handling times are going to introduce a delay. (Choose handling times "3-5 days" if you need this option) this way it says so on the product listing and is correctly marketed to the buyer. Thanks!

**Q: Is this product authentic? big lol**
A: The Big LOL was a great surprise for my 5 year granddaughter. The 11 year old granddaughter was jellous.

This was a huge hit! The girls were beyond excited with all the surprises inside. It kept them entertained for hours, and the unboxing experience was so much fun. Totally worth it for the smiles and excitement — a perfect gift for any LOL fan!

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Daughter Loved It
*by I***T on January 15, 2018*

I initially was going to avoid buying this due to the reviews and the outrageous resell prices. This was one of the things on my daughters Christmas list so I had to bite the bullet and get it once I seen it at the normal price. I must say that the people that gave this bad reviews doesn’t really understand the concept of the LOL’s . I also wouldn’t recommend getting more than one at the same time within the same household because chances are, you will end up with the same exact LOL doll. My daughter was extremely happy with her LOL. She had fun and she played and watched bath bombs de fizz. The pieces weren’t crap like I’ve read in some reviews. It’s exactly what we hoped for and expected. I would never recommend you paying any more than the original $50/$60 bucks for these!
