It does work bc it is made very lightweight
Kind of lightweight/flimsy which I guess it's meant to be to stick on via suction cup. Add a dab of water to make it work otherwise it won't stick to anything. It did come well packaged with instructions, plus an optional adhesive attachment which was helpful. Finally stuck it to the side of my porcelain toilet bowl and the chrome finish matched the hardware in my bathroom. Just wish it was made of better quality material or cheaper price.

No suction!
Does not work as stated. No suction, no use unless you mount it with screws.
