I probably should have known better by looking at the photo. I should have sent this back the moment I starting using it, because the inputs feel like they could snap off the board, and everything about it makes it feel like you are already on borrowed time. But I wanted it to work, and it does, but barely. I wanted to use it on live calls, where I could input various recordings and that worked, kind of, but not only was it buggy and didn't always work, it sounded so bad it was a waste. Now if you are using this only for hold music maybe it would do the trick, but I would look to another vendor that has a manufacturing process that seems more reliable.

This device worked great with our regular phones. It can output office music in addition to music on hold but we never used that feature. We now use a different on-hold player after upgrading to a Panasonic pbx phone system but for regular phones this worked very well.
