Pokemon: NEO Promo Set (9 Cards) (Japanese Edition) Binder/Album

I bought these Pokemon cards with their binder for my son. Then we remembered that they were in Japanese and that we didn't have the slightest idea what the Pokemon's abilities, weaknesses, etc. were from the cards themselves. But that didn't matter since Pokemon fans like my son know all these monsters by heart and have the official site and their friends at school to remind them. Five stars for educational value since anything that requires logic (figuring out which Pokemon will beat whom) and memorization while keeping them off a screen is a big plus.

I remember being ecstatic to get this set as a child; literally jumping up and down and rolling around in joy. Though the feeling has been slightly diminished over the years, I still got a surge of happiness the day my new Neo Set arrived in the mail. This set is responsible for a lot in my life, but the main thing it's accomplished is opening my eyes that the world of Pokemon was a lot bigger of a place then I had imagined and the real world for that matter. What a time to be alive...

Great set of cards in binder . All cards arrived intact and are amazing for a collection .

The binder wasn’t what I thought it was. It’s not really a binder. It’s just a 3x3 sheet to hold the promo cards you get. In all fairness, the promos are nice, so I guess I can’t complain

Cards were all present and package was factory sealed. HOWEVER! Everything was severely damaged. I do not know how they were stored or if it was shipping, but every card was bent. The Bayleaf card had a large dent in it as did the folder, like it was struck on the corner of soothing sharp. Cards are in abysmal condition for a factory sealed product. The damage may have been from shipping but I have no way of knowing.

Because it said "binder" I failed to notice that it would only accommodate very little cards...but the look of it is very high quality!

This binder is worth the buy. With the purchase you receive 9 card, and 1-9 card sheet. The cards you receive are (Japanese) the three johto pokemon starters and their evolutions, which make 9 cards overall. I recommend this to anyone who is a collector or just likes the card games.

The cards came fairly quickly and in very good shape. I had no complaints and would recommend the product to other collectors.
