I have three of these Wi-Fi outlets that look like the one pictured and all share the same app software called eFamilyCloud and all three are problematic in the same way. They regularly go "off line" and then become unresponsive until the process of adding each to my home Wi-Fi network has been repeated as if these Wi-Fi controlled outlets were never added to the home network before. This happens regularly and I don't know why but find it inconvenient and worrisome in that it cripples my trust in the product. Without my trust these Wi-Fi outlets are useless to me.

It worked ok but the light stays on and after a week stopped working. Now I have an expensive plug that no longer works, so I was unable to get the Wi-Fi working. If I plugged the lamp with the smart Wi-Fi colored light bulb. Pushing the led would initialize the bulb and I used it to toggle power on & off to light . Do not want to re-order to troubleshoot this expensive plug.

Work great. Easy to set up with the efamilycloud app. Then you set the skill with the Alexa app. Ran my Christmas lights with these (I bought a 4 pack) now I have lamps and outdoor party lights on it. I'll by it again when I need more.
