5 stars, great product, wish i had known about this earlier. Highly recommended to anyone who wants more storage for the phone or just don't know how to port all photos from iPhone to computer.Own a 16g iPhone 5s, was not able to update my IOS in months because I had no space after taking so many photos of my kid and didn't know how to transfer all the photos from my phone to my laptop. I don't have to worry about that now with the help of this HALOS USB drive.Once HALOS USB drive is connected to iPhone it will get to the App Store and you can download the "GoDrive" app for free. After that you login to the app and choose "automatically backup" and all your photos and videos will be backed up in the USB drive and you unplug the drive and stick the other end to your laptop and you'll see a "Halos (D:)". And then you can copy or cut the photos and paste into your laptop.I like it so much I'm going to get one for my sister who is always out of storage with her phone too and I'm sure she would love it like I do.

Loads easy. Holds a huge amount of photos. What I don’t like, it continues to pick up photos already downloaded. Have to delete.

This is really a terrific little thumb drive for backing up photos and contacts from your phone.I followed the instructions, plugged the drive into my iPhone it prompted me to download the GoDrive app, then I registered. I then recognized that I needed to format the drive with my computer which was no problem.As soon as I plugged the drive into my phone after formatting, I opened the GoDrive app and it flawlessly backed up my photos and contacts.This drive is an excellent solution to easily backup and transfer your pictures and contacts between your phone and computer.This is an excellent product.

My iPhone 8 (64 GB) is almost full. Something changed and suddenly I had to use iTunes to download my photos to my PC. Was having all sorts of trouble with it quitting and getting the photos transferred. Thought this product might be the answer. I've gotten 605 random photos transferred. It keeps stopping and saying I have to plug the device back in. Sometimes when I plug it back in it doesn't recognize it. I have to turn off my phone and turn it back on to start over. Now it is just spinning say it is importing 1/5075 photos. It has been doing that for over 5 minutes. When I try to look at the folders there are no thumbnails, so don't even know what photos are on there. When I tried importing even 20 at a time, it is just spinning and not importing. Will be sending back. Very disappointed!I am updating this review: After getting replacement flash drive I tried again. Still had issues. I contacted seller and would like to say I had excellent customer service. They were updating their server and asked me to wait until they finished which I did. The images then downloaded quickly, but they were HEIC files which I could not open. This was never resolved. I was able to find an app to change the HEIC to JPEGS so I didn't lose any images, but this is too cumbersome, so I still can't recommend this product. It seems other people have had success with it, but I have not. They tried very hard to help me and refunded my money. Hope they work out the bugs.

Its a thumb drive. You will need an app on your idevice to access files though. I thought it would be accessible via the files app on ios13/ipados.I only wished the lightening connector end came with a cover to keep it covered when not in use.

The only thing I didn’t like was that I had to remove the Otter cover to use it.

I contact the manufacture as they said if it was a problem, every time I connected the decisive to my iphone it will start to download and half way it will said that it was disconnected and fail to download the picture, they wrote me that I need to make sure the pictures were not in the cloud, well my memory is full and I need it to clean my phone because my cloud was already full, I did as they directed but it didn't work, the offer to replace it on the add but they don't the ask me to send my back to get a new one, well I decided I didn't want another one, and I want it my money back, they said you will get your refund but I need it to send the one defected back. I just don't have time to do all that. The package of my memory drive was open like it was use, like the send me something that was already use. I won't even give the a star, the whole experience was really bad.

Love the small size. Very easy to use. You just download the app, plug it in and it downloads your pictures. Then you can Erase the pictures from your phone. It saves you a ton of storage on your phone.
