I must say that I have tried so many headphones, have had many disappointment, some worked OK for a while, some broke at the hinge to the actual earpiece so many times. I bought these because the design looked different; firstly it was steel construction frame, with a nice flat steel piece mounted into the earpiece. I knew that would never break. They are certainly oversized, but bring an awesome lightweight and smooth fit to the ears. Ever so comfortable.I really believe these smaller lightweight headphones just do not have the design and durability, they may sound a bit better but I have found them to be ever so fragile. This set will last a very long time, I was very surprised how comfortable they felt, background noise is virtually eliminated.. The frequency response seems very good, deep basses come through great as well as the very high tones. They have very nice lighted mic and some LED’s in the earpieces – just cosmetic but do add extra enhancement.Must say I am very pleased with these headphones, just using as headphones right now on my PC. Do not have a use for the microphone unless I Skype.Came well and professionally packaged.

The build quality is a bit above average, but the sound quality really isn't that great. The USB connection is definitely the cause of this and I'd highly recommend not picking up a headset under $100 with a USB connection instead of the typical headphone jack. With the USB connector the DAC needs to be located on the headphones or somewhere along the cable instead of relying on the one in your computer or laptop which is undoubtedly better at doing its job. This likely won't work with consoles either because of the USB connection. The sound is very dull, stereo separation is mediocre, and there's no soundstage to speak of. These might be slightly better than your laptop speakers, but nothing else.There are better headsets out there in this price range.

Shopping for a headset is daunting, what with all the choices that are out there. I'm happy with this choice. The price was right, because I don't believe it is necessary to pay a hundred dollars for a USB headset. I received this last week and before I could use it with the software I have, my bestie's daughter, who is 15 and plays online a lot, decided to give them a try. After using them for a couple of hours, she informed me that these were better than the ones she normally uses, and could she trade. Heh heh. No, I didn't trade, but I DID try them with my software also. First, I was impressed by the fit. These were not too big (which is normal), instead they fit comfortably on my head. Second, the sound quality was quite good considering the price. And third, the Mic works effectively. All in all, I definitely think anyone buying these would be getting their money's worth!

The only pro to this headset is it is comfortable.Cons:Not 7.1. I also find it odd that in my search I found the exact same headset but it was 5.1. Usually a driver or other software is required to get 7.1 to work as you cant change the speaker configuration in Windows to 7.1.The headset is already clicking and popping from a bad connection out of the box.The sound is horrible. It is flat and it sounds like you are wearing cans on your head.The mic seems to work okay.Note: These are really Sntia VK0 headsets.

The media could not be loaded.  Beyond being stylish, the headphones sound awesome. Installation is super easy in Windows as you only have to plug it in and you’re ready to rock. Sound quality is superb with clear surround audio and deep bass notes. The volume rotary dial on the left side is super convenient. I then tried the boom mic and was pleasantly surprised how terrific the quality was with the built-in noise canceling. I made a quick video showing this. With absolutely nothing to configure, these are just perfect out of the box. Five stars two thumbs up. I do highly recommend these headphones!!
