Super light and compatible really easy to take to class with me. Really easy to work on. It took a little bit of time to get used to how small it is but definitely worth it.

The sound is very bad, very bad.

This item was on backorder for a while, as it was sold at an excellent price. Once received, it took a while for Windows 10 and updates to load, but it has been very good to me so far. One word of warning is that the USB connection is via a USB-microUSB attachment provided in the package.

Broke in a week of use. Garbage now wont charge or turn on anymore. Wish I had used it before return window closed. Also no company customer service at all. No repairs no replacement parts, nothing!

Once you take the required Windows update, you can never connect to the internet again! Even when you uninstall the update you are out of luck! WIFI is unusable! Buy something else.

Had to return it because I couldn't get it to stop getting the Blue Screen of Death. I don't know if mine was an exception or not, but it just didn't work.

It great for my work, my only problems were the wifi error during the automatic windows update which i fixed and the small internal storage. Other than those 2 problems, it's worth the price.. Would reccomend to fellow students, friends, family.

I have grave concerns about this company. I posted a simple question to them over three weeks ago (could I get a spare power supply) and followed up twice since then. The first two times I got an auto-reply saying that they'd respond within 24 hours. After the last follow up (about a week ago) I've heard nothing. Maybe they'll notice this rating and finally respond, but I doubt it.I got a pretty good deal on this and am looking forward to using this for business trips, in-flight movies, etc. So far, it's only real negative is that there is no SD card slot, so you're pretty much stuck with the 32GB internal drive space unless you want to attach a dongle or micro-usb drive to it. I would have liked to install Office on this, but there's not enough room for that...a nice 128GB micro SD slot would have been perfect.(Why doesn't anyone make a low-profile micro-usb drive? They'd make a killing!!!)
