My kids grind the coffee for me now
My kids had a manual coffee grinder at their Montessori school and loved the coffee grinding work, so I was happy to find a similar version here on Amazon. They take turns grinding the coffee for us on the weekends and everyone is happy. :-) I plan to take it on our next camping trip as well, but it’s great for using in the home every day. If we are in a hurry, I still use the electric version. The other great feature of this manual coffee grinder is that if people are asleep, you can grind coffee without waking the whole house.

Great concept, I like that we can now take our own coffee beans with us when we go on vacation and its compact enough to take the grinder with us. Its also bigger than other manual grinders so we get more at one time.

Short Lifetime
The grind kept getting coarser and coarser the last two weeks - the adjustment nut was unscrewing by itself. Today it stopped grinding altogether - a plastic piece that held the moving burr broke. It usually takes about 4 minutes to grind enough coffee for 5 cups. If it kept the grind selection and not have broken after a month and a half, it would be a good ergonomic device, but it failed and is not worth the time to send back.

Worked great until it broke
It is very cheaply made for the price. The black knob on the end fell off about a week after use. Tried to super glue it back on, but honestly, I just use an electric grinder instead now. It's way faster and more efficient

Great for work
As with most things, I bought this for my girlfriend, she is the coffee drinker, and she thinks its great. It is small and works great at her work. Would definitely recommend if you have a coffee connoisseur in your life.

Weak
I didn't expect something too stellar for the low price, but was hoping for something that would last a year or two. Instead, it lasted for about a tablespoon of trader joe's beans before it jammed up and started stripping the bolt on top where the handle arm connects. It's clear that even if/when I un-jam it and only stick to a super coarse blend going forward it still won't be reliably sturdy.

Plastic parts broken
Only lasted 4 months and I can’t exchange it or get a refund. The the H Amazon why do you allow crappy products without a suitable return policy?
