This is the best pot! I have used it for several months now, and it really looks and performs like a much higher priced casserole (like Le Creuset). It cooks so evenly, the enamel is nice and thick and does not stain, and the color is beautiful. The lid has those little bumps inside where steam falls back into the pot. The lid fits perfectly. I kind of wish I had more! I just cannot find any fault with it whatsoever!

Perfect for 14 quart salsa recipe. Round bottom might pose a problem on some stove burners. Fit and finish are very good.
