Good for 3 to 3 1/2 cups flour breads
Great value and fine for use in Dutch Oven Bread Baking. This size is fine for 3 to 3 1/2 cups of flour breads. I have flipped the dough which has risen in a round bowl onto a good sized piece of parchment and dumped the parchment and dough into the dutch oven for baking. Cover with parchment paper in place until after you take the cover off for surface browning. Simple to remove hot bread. Makes bread baking and clean up very easy.

Sorry to say I burnt something in this and the enamel wore off and everything sticks now. Just not what I wanted it to be maybe it wasn’t fired at a high enough heat. I won’t return it because I’ve had it four months. It’s supposed to be a non stick skillet I just burnt onions one time now I have to throw it out. I even tried to resurface with olive oil which I did initially. This is not the pan you need spend the money and but the big boy. It willLast you the life of the pan. This isn’t worth it
